Every time I order from here, which I do through the app, by the way, the process is quick, and my food is always prepared to the high standard I expect.
I know, this seems like something I shouldn’t have to say, but I’ve had some not-so-good experiences at other ones; where the food looks like it was literally thrown together. Not here. It’s always hot, and prepared with care.

Went here for the drive through a while ago and the mic was apparently broken so they didn’t get what I have. Drive through can be always crowded. The most efficient way is to get inside, order, dine in or take out. Don’t do drive through. The parking can also crowded at night

Disregarding the wait, the person taking my order was rushing and rude, we ordered nuggets and got NO sauce, and when you ask at the window they want you to order at the first window when it SHOULD have been a part of our order. Then the girl at the window was RUDE, not even looking as she was practically throwing my food into my car because I wasn’t “fast enough” and kept rolling her eyes as I tried to ask questions regarding my meals. I truly just can’t believe the service they are providing!

Had to give a 1 star to leave review but in reality deserves a 0. First there was a lady outside asking everyone for money well dressed, make up and everything but got so close to my car window that she startled me as I was paying attention to my two toodler niece’s sitting on the back. Then I went inside with them so had my hands full. Couldn’t order through the kiosk because they wanted apple juice with their happy meals but the only choices on the kiosks were milk or water. So I decided to go order at the cash register. There, I waited a good 15-20 mins and they completely ignored me. Three of the employees literally saw me standing there with the girls and didn’t even say a word to me. Had to get them back in the car and go through the drive thru. I paid and when getting my order the employee forgot one of the apple juices. I left and went to give my niece’s some nuggets. As I reached in I noticed the food was thrown inside and the French fries were all over the bucket except were the fries belonged. It was very upsetting and disappointing. The more expensive food gets, the worst the service. Just because it’s a fast food it doesn’t mean it doesn’t cost. I barely go to those places but unfortunately that’s what my niece’s wanted but never again will I spend my hard working money in Willimantic’s McDonalds

Not only has my order been wrong/missing items multiple times from this location, if not every time. The woman who takes the orders is just rude. They close breakfast early and dont serve breakfast burritos all day like other locations. This is the worst McDonald’s in the area. Never worth the money.

I ordered ahead got to the store. Waited almost 20 minutes for my food. Had to wait another 5 minutes to get a sauce and then was able to eat. I ordered a mchicken and some fries and a drink. The mchicken was half undercooked. Disgusting especially after waiting as long as a I did. I will be calling the health department over this

35 min in drive-thru! only to be told they ran out of chicken nuggets. We already ordered and were patiently waiting for our order. This McDonald’s has went downhill since September. New staff, service is extremely slow and plenty of orders that were not prepared correctly. I’m not a review kind of person, definitely not one to leave a negative one but this McDonald’s is in need of corporate assistance.

Every single morning I place my order ahead of time. I get there and wait at the speaker for about 10-15 minutes Birite anyone helps. It sucks because I like to get food before work and most times I can’t because there so unpredictable with timing.

After waiting in line for 20 mind I got to the order sceen they said can I help u gave them.my moblie app code then said hold on did the other side then the code didnt work cuz it timed out . And I lost all points for big back never go to this location clearly they start take. The order my guess is they put my copond code on the other sceen he took it then went to someone else order poorly manged poor customer service never going to go to any McDonald’s again
