Don’t order anything special (I.e. no mustard) or anything along those lines as they definitely won’t get it right. I go here multiple times a week and my order is wrong more than it is right. I am constantly having to drive back to have my order corrected and nothing else is offered for the inconvenience except for them to remake the item. Also using the mobile app which in theory should make it easier for them to not make a mistake. At this point I am debating never coming back.

Only ordered large fries and it took them over 20 minutes to give them to me. People who ordered meals or larger orders were receiving their food before me even if they placed their order after. The most slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and customer service is terrible. Saw 4 workers leave during their peak hour and they care more about serving the drive thru than the customers inside the store.

Me and my husband dine in with our daughter. And I selected two orders of the same thru the kiosk and when we got our food we received half of our meal. We had to go to the counter to ask for the rest of our food and the coffee that was order with our meals wasn’t even filled. We was served less of half of a cup of coffee with more foam in it and no type of sweetener in it. We had to keep getting up to ask for what was missing in our orders it was annoying I can’t really say I was satisfied..

Came in here for a quick bite after getting supplies for the restaurant. The line was long, and the kiosk was down. The staff did their best to get the guests orders quickly. The interior is squeaky clean and the decor is minimalist and modern. I really liked it a lot. Food came out hot and fresh. Thank you.

I love the interior design!! Clean lines & vector graphic renditions of the menu items make for a very clean, happy & serene/calm dining room experience. I especially love the stools for the little non-booth tables — it’s an interesting geometric shape and kind of non traditional which is fun!!
Everyone was super kind and polite and the food was super duper yummy — there were little flower shaped pull apart donuts which I’ve never seen before and they were quite yum! Thank you for a lovely breakfast experience!!

Attention to readers of this review, while reading this you must visualize a look of utter amazement/utter disbelief on my face as I complete these sentences. This McDonald’s is probably the sleeper hit of the year. You would never in 1 million years guess that their food is probably some of the best McDonald’s that I have tasted in over 10 or 15 years. It actually tasted like they use real ingredients and made it to order. While the building and the staff probably leave a lot to desire, and it’s probably the reason I can’t give it a complete five stars. But to anyone who misses their good old McDonald’s. You know, the one where you were like, “ Wow that was good!!”
You should come to this location because the food is absolutely amazing and reminiscent of those days. I don’t know if it was just because it was Sunday and people took pride in the work or not. However, I do plan to go check it out and reevaluate. Mostly to see if this is a every day thing or just a pure anomaly.

I ordered food on Thanksgiving through the app @4:44pm and I didn’t receive my food until 2 hours later. There was no customers in the store when my order was picked up. I also ordered a meal with a ice tea never received my drink instead I was brought a sprite soda. Also ordered a chicken nuggets meal and didn’t receive any sauce with the meal that I requested with the order

Sooooo upset, ordered a few things and AS USUAL they forgot a 10 piece meal, I’m so tired of this place! Tried getting my food and the said I should’ve checked my bag since it’s my responsibility to make sure they put everything in there. They’re extremely unprofessional, I didn’t know I get paid to make sure my food that THEY made and are supposed to place in my bag is MY responsibility. Tried to reach management and they said no one was available
