We went through the drive‑through and noticed the signage was outdated, still advertising Halloween buckets instead of the Grinch meals. Unfortunately, this location didn’t have the Grinch meal available, and the ice cream machine was down as well. On the bright side, the order takers were friendly, thorough, and cooperative, which made the visit pleasant despite those hiccups.

I had no issues with food or service and the facility looked clean. As I’m walking into the restaurant with my 4 year old there were 2 male employees smoking weed IN FRONT of the restaurant. They couldn’t even go to the back or something. Completely unprofessional. Probably didn’t even wash their hands. And I’m sure this happens every break. I don’t need a lame apology or my money back. JUST DO BETTER. 0 respect for customers and kids.

Cindy is a horrible manager. I placed two orders with two different phones. She found one but didn’t find the other one. My card was charged I paid for both orders but walked out of there with no food whatsoever. She couldn’t even give me a refund slip on the one order that she said was placed went through and went on my card. She needs a lot of training she needs to be demoted and as long as she works there I will not come back to that McDonald’s on Burnside avenue in East Hartford I am calling corporate headquarters at McDonald’s tomorrow and going to see her manager Melanie. She doesn’t know what she’s doing as a manager nor does she have any compassion or know how to treat a customer that she upset

So slow 45 minutes wait in the drive-thru for a mobile order. Food was sub-par. Cold fries and burgers. They make it so hard to get your money back it’s not even worth it. Avoid like the plague
