First time stopping at this location. Went through the drive thru for a big breakfast with hotcakes, I asked for a few extra butters and the lady said okay. A new lady came back and asked me to drive forward and wait, then asked why I was waiting. I asked for some extra butter, she responded with “everything’s in the bag.” And I said, yeah, I asked for extra butter. And she said everything’s in the bag again.. maybe if she didn’t have her earbuds in she would of understood. So we drove forward to wait. Another three cars got their food and left, and no sign of anyone coming out to me. So I just left. Got home with one butter and one syrup. Not even any jam.. not returning to this McDonald’s again.

This place is absolutely awful. The staff don’t even know how to talk to each other. None of them know English they don’t listen to anybody says as a customer they hang up on everybody when somethings wrong, and they don’t know how to resolve problems I’ve addresses to corporate, and they have done nothing about this. I’ve had to return my food three times in one day because they didn’t understand two little cheeseburgers three times I had to drive to this restaurant first, you try to call and they hang up on you and then they don’t answer the phone after they hang up on you because their rude.
