Another horrible experience at Stafford McDonald’s. I never eat here unless im starving and I guess I just won’t eat here anymore. 1st time I got a complete raw piece of chicken in my sandwich. This time I got a burger and pie. The burger was room temp and kind of hard as if it had literally sat on a counter for hours. The pie was damn near frozen in the center. Then we have the girl at the window. I pulled up and ahe just stood there staring at me with her hand out not saying a word. So I asked how much it was and she finally tells me the total after doing what looked like math. Counting on her fingers and all. I thought it displayed the total on the screen, right? Uuugh. I hate this place.

I grab my breakfast and coffee here almost every day as I’ve never had an issue. The people who work here are amazing and friendly, the food is always hot, the coffee is always consistent, and when they are busy they still move quickly. Definitely the best McDonald’s I’ve been to by far.

Once again I’m disappointed in this location. I ordered on the app for pick up and they FORGOT half of my order when I arrived to grab it, my soda cup was not even 3/4 filled. Severely disappointed that when I attempted to call them once I arrived home, nobody answered! I always seem to give this location a chance because it’s convenient but I will no longer be doing so. DO BETTER MCDONALD’S.

How is this acceptable? How does an employee look at this and say “yeah that’s fine, send it”? Half my sandwich is hard as a rock and there is no bacon whatsoever. And it’s ALWAYS the morning people that give me issues!
7/5/25 edit: tried again for breakfast, and it just got worse. Sandwich was still half burnt, bacon was uncooked, and they didn’t put any breakfast sauce on my sandwich when I asked for it to be light. None at all. The girl handing my food didn’t say a word to me. Not a “have a good day” or “enjoy” or anything. I work in food service too, and I understand having bad days, but you still need to be polite.

Per usual, my fries were cold and I couldn’t eat them to even try the Grinch salt. The whole reason why I went to McDonald’s cuz I avoid it at all costs especially the one in town, but I really wanted the Grinch meal you know to get the socks. Not important but at least I got them. My nuggets were okay but they’re fries always suck they’re there unless they’re super hot which is very rare… At least the time of day that I’ve gone. And I got a Sprite which I could not drink either because it tasted like Town tap water more than Sprite. It was absolutely disgusting so ultimately I spent $16 for some socks

You should disregard the low ratings earlier, here, and start from scratch. They were made during really bad ownership and management.
The restaurant has been renovated inside and out. The parking lot is spacious.
The store is under new ownership, and they have done a great job in selecting great managers, Madison and Jason, and other employees. The staff is always as attentive as they can be, courteous, and friendly. This is one of the few McDs I can recommend completely.

There’s nothing like a poorly staffed Mcdonalds in the morning to remind you that the weakest part of service is the human element.
edit 2/4/26: Your mileage will vary depending on the day. One day, I’ll get fries sent straight from God, another day I’ll get limp potato giblets. This location is like a box of chocolates; you never know what you’re gonna get.
