Dear establishment,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the hygiene standards at your establishment. I have recently observed several customers and staff members failing to wash their hands after using the restroom facilities.

While I understand the difficulty of monitoring personal hygiene, I would like to suggest the following measures to help maintain a cleaner environment and prevent the spread of bacteria:

1. Hire bathroom attendants to sanitize facilities and provide reminders to guests to wash their hands.
2. Assign associates to specific aisles to monitor the handling of merchandise and offer hand sanitizer to customers before they touch food, drinks, or other items.

While hygiene is a personal choice at home, public spaces require higher standards to ensure community health. I believe that implementing these measures will significantly contribute to a healthier environment for everyone.

How are you guys serving half slices of cheese and the fish is much smaller the bun. Over $5 for this sandwich only and this is what I’m getting…… On top of that the fish was old and spongy. If you order, plz order it fresh.

I try not to eat at McDonalds anymore but this is the last time. The cold dried out cheeseburger with no taste whatsoever that I got inside was probably worse than what shoe leather would taste like. Fries were also ice cold and tables were littered with trash that customers leave behind. $11 and it went into the trash can cause I wouldn’t feed it to a homeless starving dog.

Would of exceeded 5⭐..Unfortunately I had a $30 Mcd’s Gift Card…Mia the frond-end/curbside.Polite &have worked at Mcd’s.P.I.C.- couldn’t scan,Mia tried & a higher up came over & call the 1-(877) # on back..Why couldn’t it be put in manually the #’s were ledgiable .If anything I’d think the Mcd’s System,would of advanced- not – the opposite ..Just simply ,maybe it was busy & i.d.k.- If I could call ,it seems as if -( no effort).

I visited this McDonald’s and I have to say it’s the cleanest one I’ve seen compared to other locations nearby. From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding everyone was friendly, fast, and welcoming. I especially want to highlight a young man named Luis, who not only took my order with a great attitude but also personally brought my food to my table—something you don’t see every day and a true example of great customer service. I also want to recognize the rest of the staff, because the whole atmosphere was pleasant, the service was quick, and the restrooms were spotless. Definitely an experience worth coming back for.

I pulled up into McDonald’s cuz I had an Uber order first off they didn’t have my order because it wasn’t breakfast also I had ordered on mobile and because I ordered through the drive-thru I had to go through the drive-thru but they had me sit inside for 10 minutes before they told me that. While I was waiting inside for 10 minutes I asked for a water cup and she said oh we have to charge for that so they charged me $1.92 for a water cup and the manager was rude to the worker! And to add been here for 15 minutes already and now they told me I have to park so they can give me my order because it’s a big order I ordered three cheeseburgers and a chicken sandwich 25 minutes ago on my way here

This place gets one star since the food was o.k.. I went through drive thru and ordered two items (coffee and breakfast sandwich). I was told one price, but when I got to the window, it was much higher. I asked the girl to repeat back what I had ordered and then explained the fact that there was a mistake. I then reminded her of the actual order and price she told me. That should have been the end of it. Nope. I got to the 2nd window and another girl asked for my receipt. I asked why and she said I paid the wrong amount and said I ordered a different order. I explained that I already straightened all this out with the girl at the 1st window. She should have been done there. Was she? Nope. She was accusatory and very rude.
Where was her manager/handler? I don’t know, nor do I care.
I know this used to be one of the better McDonald’s around, but the 80’s are long gone…
It was only 2 items. You would think it is impossible to screw it up. Nope.
The drive thru is a double lane, maybe they got crossed up. Maybe someone ordered and left. Maybe the need better help. Any way you want to look at it, I wasn’t there to hear a bunch of garbage from their ill-mannered drive thru “person”. Their lack of organization should not have been my problem. It will be a long time before I go back there. I just wanted a coffee and figured the egg McMuffin would be a good treat.
It was not worth the aggravation.
Update (9/30/23):
After avoiding this McDonald’s for a long time, on my wife’s suggestion, I ended up coming here again to grab a couple breakfast sandwiches and hash browns for the road.
The workers were better, probably because they didn’t mix up vehicles/orders. Not real friendly, but that part of the experience was improved when compared to the last time I was here.
The Sausage McMuffin was decent, but nowhere near as hot as the one I enjoyed in Branford last week. The hash browns were not as good either.
As for the Egg McMuffin – my wife ate half and crumbled up the rest, chucking it in the bag while exclaiming “Disgusting”.
I retrieved it and ate it because I don’t like to waste food, but she wasn’t wrong.
We should have tried another location along our route or perhaps went to a local diner…

I waited curbside for 15 minutes just for a cheeseburger and coffee. I went inside and it wasn’t even busy. I haven’t had any problem in the past. But this was awful.
