Went here to redeem points on the app tonight for a free item. I had to repeat the code 4 times before the young man got it right. Red flag #1. Next, I repeated my order 3 times – “plain burger, cheese, and bread.” Red flag #2. My “free meal” cost $1.77. When my food was “handed” to me, I could smell the pickles. Red flag #3. I gave them another try – McDouble, plain, no cheese. Please see attached photo.

Went to place a mobile order, when I got there I was told they can’t take mobile orders because there registers or something was down. I literally didn’t eat all day and just wanted something simple, what’s the whole point of having a mobile app if you can’t use it. I’ll just spend my money somewhere else.

I have done curbside there for several years, but the last six months they have completely messed up orders and the straw that broke here was 3 days ago I ordered 3 daily doubles with no cheese and got three double hamburgers one with cheese in daily double wrappers. It doesn’t make sense to me.

Workers are incompetent. Placed a mobile order and they came out with three different orders. One of the workers had a rude attitude, and asked the order multiple times. When I told her the order she said she wouldn’t be able to remember “all of that” in the same rude tone… Wasn’t even a big order. Service is horrible, had to wait 20 minutes for a quick drive thru order!! Never coming here again.

If I could give zero stars I would, pulled a long blonde hair out of my mouth while eating fries, food is tasteless because the fryer oil is so old the food is being boiled instead of fried. When I pulled up to get my order one of the employees was cussing out another co worker and threatening to beat him up. Zero stars.

If I could give them less stars I would. Me and my girlfriend did dinner here 6/27, spent roughly $30 on two combo and 2 McFlurrys. First off I was asked to pull around to keep there drive thru times down. 2 vehicles were served before I was then I was handed a greasy bottom bag and the guy that brought it out forgot the McFlurries. I’ve had milkshakes thicker than that McFlurry. Finally got home and opened up a greasy as hell double quarter pounder and under cooked. Better off going to another McD’s or better yet another fast food chain.

This McDonald’s is great. It’s super clean and even though they made a mistake on my order they made it right by refunding me some money and also giving me some free apple pies. The employees are super nice too

McDonalds keeps trying but they just can’t match the salads at Wendy’s. This mcsalad had a few inedible chunks of lettuce and the chicken was cold and rubbery like it was old and overcooked. The bacon was good and seemed freshly grilled and the three small slices of tomato were very good.
