Tried to order in the drive thru, we were “on hold” for a long time, after a while we asked if anybody was there and the person taking our order yelled at us. First he said he had no idea what we had said and when we tried to repeat our order he was extremely short with us and raised his voice. Extremely uncomfortable and rude. Whoever was in the drive thru at 1:35 pm on June 25th, should be sent to corporate training.

This McDonald’s is pretty good. The reason for 4 stars is because you don’t order from the counter, but from a screen. It is decently easy to find what we wanted, but the paying part is what was a little confusing. To pay by cash you have to press pay at counter. That’s fine but it took almost 15 minutes for 2 medium fries and 2 small shamrock shakes. The drive-thru wasn’t that busy either

Manager very unprofessional bad attitude with customers slams window in my husbands I face! The girl took our card for payment the. He came an yelled at us that she didn’t an we needed to give our card again so got charged twice! Told me I could go somewhere else if I didn’t like it! Most unprofessional McDonald’s I ever been to! Thank god I’m not from the area bc I won’t be returning! Hopefully McDonald’s sees this an gets rid of this manager bc from what I’m reading from past reviews it’s not the first time he’s done this to customers!

Terrible service and attitude by employees, they were throwing stuff putting orders together it was ridiculous then after we got our food we sat and we watched them preparing the food, we sat directly in front where you order so we could see everything, and it was being touched with bare hands, the restaurant is completely understaffed, they actually locked the doors so people couldn’t come in while we were there, going through the drive-thru was the only option which I get it,but people were still mad. The employees again major attitude problems into a certain extent I understand but honestly it wasn’t that busy. I definitely will never go back there. One more thing when the orders were complete they were just leaving them on the counter for customers to just guess what was theirs not telling anybody what was going on!!!! People were walking out of there not happy including us!!!!!!

I saw that the drive thru line was very long, so I went inside to get my one coffee. I got behind the one customer ordering, and waited patiently for someone to take my order. No one greeted me so I ordered through the kiosk. After 11 minutes, I still had no coffee and was ignored by both employees. So I said excuse me, and told the woman no one has greeted us and I’m just waiting for one coffee. She proceeded to yell at me about how they’re too busy to say hello. It still took another 5 minutes to get a coffee. All someone needs to do is simply say “someone will be right with you”. But instead, I got yelled at for asking for proper service and a coffee within a reasonable amount of time.
