most recent trip, i went through the drive thru and placed my order. pulled up and paid and got asked to wait in a spot while my food was being finished. it was during peak lunch hours so i wasnt overly concerned although all i ordered was the snack wrap meal and a mcdouble. after waiting for 45 minutes, and being told repeatedly but the gentleman bringing out the food that my order “will be just another minute” i went inside and learned that even after paying my order was never put through to the kitchen. this isnt the first time this exact thing has happened at this location with the exact verbage.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through even though I placed a mobile order. They had no idea what my order was even though I gave them the code. Watched cars come and go while I sat in the parking spot. Forgot my drinks. Then forgot straws. Got home and my bread was so burnt it smelled and was hard as a rock. This McDonald’s has poor service. I will go out of my way to go to a different location.

They completely ignore you. The girl didn’t give me my 3 doallers an fifty cents back cus she closed the draw , so she had to get a manager to open draw.. she took 17 minutes an she wasn’t busy cus I saw her standing there in the back.. she wouldn’t make eye contact or look back an say I’ll be right there.. she just carried on with her conversation with another employee.. I already got my food. Finally I said hey is she coming an the girl just shrugged her shoulders. I’m telling you it’s like this every time an the only reason I go back is because I live on that side of town.. for real read the other reviews.. lol there is not one good one

Let’s not also forget that ever since Monopoly came out, this location NEVER has Monopoly pieces on any of their items when I order. Fast food, but makes you wait in the parking space for your order. This place needs new management.

I ordered through the mobile app and got the incorrect number of nuggets, nor a sauce. While I was picking up, I wasn’t asked if I wanted any substitute for my sauce, or even notified that they were out of it. This isn’t the first time this has happened, nor do I realistically expect it to be the last.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in the last few months. We left a basketball game at 10:30pm and decided to stop for a simple bite to eat. It took 15 minutes for a caramel frappe and large fries. I waited several minutes at the register for my order to be taken. The floor literally a foot away from me was full of water and they didn’t have a sign saying there was water, the trash cans were filled to the brim with trash that kept falling to the floor, the soda machine area was full of straw papers. They need to manage that place better, it’s so dirty I won’t go back there.

This location has gone down hill drastically. Before you used to be able to come to the drive thru order your food go to window 1 pay go to window 2 get food be on your way. But now every with no one here or in the drive thru or in line at all they tell you to park in the curbside spots and wait for your food every time. This is getting ridiculous if I wanted a sit down meal to wait for I would go to a restaurant. We are only given 30 minute meal breaks from work and yet 15 of them are waiting for FAST FOOD. The other mcdonalds in terryville or on rt6 in bristol have their food ready for their customers. I don’t know what happened to this location but yall need to fix this. I even went ahead this time and ordered on the app so I could pick up and go and even still got out in the wait spot for 15 minutes . Unacceptable

It is an average McDonalds, can’t expect too much by today’s standards unfortunately. The only real good thing about this location is that it is normally less busy in the drive thru than the other mcds in town. Otherwise, very mediocre and susceptible to long waits, especially in the mornings and during peak hours. It is in downtown Bristol so sometimes the other customers are a little unruly but that is nothing new for the downtown area. If you want McDonald’s, you will get McDonald’s.
