The building seems extra cold in the dining area. Some employees act annoyed when they have to ring up orders at the register if it’s busy and will huff and role eyes throughout. It can take a few minutes of standing there for anyone to notice you and come out from the back to take your order.

Very slow drive thru today. Got to the window to receive food and was not greeted and did not receive drinks. I had to remind the lady of drinks, then she asked what they were with a disgusted tone. Drove off after getting food. When parked, noticed that the 4 piece strip meal was 3 pieces and a tiny portion of another(see pic). Very disappointed in the hometown McDonald’s lately.

The manager is awful the way she talks to customers and how she approached the customers is horrible management the only friendly worker is Cayden, she was completely overwhelmed which we all can be but there’s way of expressing it and certainly isn’t being rude or being mad that a drink was forgotten or asking for sauce! I pulled in at 1019am, waited in line happily as I was in time for breakfast. I pulled up to order at 1030am, just to be told they were no longer serving breakfast. I questioned the time and was curtly told they are serving lunch. Do not recommend.

First of all, barely ordered anything and it took about an hour. They close the doors when it gets too busy. And then we got our food. The hamburger was not even COOKED! And the rest of the food was cold. Disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend because they do this every single time we go.

Super friendly service. Good food . The lobby has been under construction for a while. But they are trying their best and things are a lot nicer inside now.
