For context; I’ve lived 8 minutes away from this location over the past 30 years. My review is mostly based between the time of 2018-2025.
The staff, managers, and owner are very nice. They also take pride in the Mcdonalds franchise experience. Out of most locations in this state, this still is the best one by far.
I will mention that around noon, pretty much every business in milton and georgia might grab food here, resulting in long wait times. But the food is always fresh, and has a sense of quality in their meal. Fries are always hot; never redunked and they know plastic straws are still part of the peak customer experience.
I suggest going here outside of The Noon-1pm timeframe if you want your food really quickly. Even when busy, they never drop the ball.

mcdonald’s, if i order apple pie and you’re out, please for the LOVE OF GOD just give me my money back. it’s more then half the time i order apple pies i don’t get them, yes it’s only 3$ but when you add up how many times this has happened. i won’t eat any other pies i only like apple, it’s a waste of money and i won’t eat it, so please if i order apple pie i won’t be upset if you’re out as long as you just give me the 3$ back and not GIVE ME PIES I WONT EAT

Just went there with my sister and got my huge order before she could get ONE HAPPY MEAL! Then they somehow lost her ticket then when she got her happy meal proceeds to get no fries and I had to give my ranch to her. This happy meal is for my niece by the way. One. It’s vermont. Vermont sucks for food in general and fast food restaurants have horrible wait times because no one here has any sense of urgency. That being said, this one is PARTICULARLY BAD. I waited one time a half hour for a cheeseburger, fries and some nuggets. After all that time I got a bag that was missing a burger. This was with about 10-12 VISIBLE people working and a few managers. Avoid at all costs

Terrible wait times and I almost never end up getting my food, all I order is a single cheeseburger and fries usually, but somehow I never get the cheeseburger. This has happened multiple times, I mean countless and I end up with just fries cause it’s not even worth going back to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix it. It’s almost like they don’t read the ticket, which is extremely frustrating considering 9/10 times they mess up what’s inside the bag.

this worker looked at me straught in the eye after i have been waiting for assistance for 10 minutes. she then walked away and then didn’t do anything. she just stood there. THEN i NEVER got assistance until the MANAGER came over and RUDLY asked me what i wanted. THEN a family came in after me and got their FOOD FOR 5 BEFORE ME. Took me 24 minutes to get my food, a guy who orders after I did, walked out with his food before I did, a woman who ordered before I did did not get her food until after that man walked out and she ordered 20+ minutes before he did. The workers are sitting upfront, infront of customers talking about other customers. They are not caring what so ever about the customers upfront they care more and prioritize the drive through more, I stood at the counter for 10 to 15 minutes waiting to pay, and then took 24 minutes to get my food. They are not professional what so ever. It’s sad to make this post as someone who used to live here for 13 years.
