This place has never once gotten my order correct, it’s clear that they completely ignore the instructions/requests written on the ticket. Don’t even bother trying to get a refund or complain to their customer service because management doesn’t care enough to get back to their customers.

I never understood why people apply to a place they truly do not want to work or be at because it shows in the food, service and atmosphere of the restaurant. My entire order was incorrect, I only took pictures of the burgers because the rest of my order was just 2 fries, 1 shake and 1 frappe’ which also came out wrong, but was fine because it was a slight mistake and more of a preference than an allergen or allergic thing. Salt on fries when asked for no salt and no whipped cream on the frappe & shake which still had whipped cream. The First picture is suppose to be my order. The second & third pictures are the tickets that’s on my order & the last pictures are what my food ended up looking like. I’m leaving a one star overall solely based on all factors. Food- Not only was my order incorrect look at how poorly it was made. Service- The lack of acknowledgment and caring to fix the issue was when I walked in to speak with someone about my order and wasn’t greeted. I was walked passed and or made eye contact with several people before I had to “excuse me” too someone. The manager or supervisor on shift didn’t tend to care to make sure when our food was re-made it was made correctly this time and would be prepared hot and fresh. Was far from the case. She had our food be rushed which then again came out hot n fresh but was still wrong & didn’t think to prepare fresh fries for us as the olds ones were cold by that point due to the original order being messed up and made over. You’d think because it was a mistake on their end they would have cared more.

Watched the employee prepping my food pause, bring it up to his face for a good sniff, toss it out and start over. Didn’t inspire a lot of confidence.
On the bright side, this is the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in by far. The self service kiosks are awesome! It’s incredibly clean too.

Pretty sure the McCafe coffee shouldn’t come with chicken in the bottom of the cup… (Or, at least, what appears to be chicken…) Of course it’s understandable that mistakes can be made, but take this as a reminder to be mindful and check your food and drinks before consuming.

Tonight I ordered a med cheeseburger meal, 6pc nugget, 2 chocolate chip cookies and an additional medium fry. I was met with complete disappointment. ALL of my fries were completely burnt it was obvious that someone had put them in the oil without a timer. They were hard as a rock and the inside was completely hallow. My cookies were also extremely old and had a weird taste. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

I recently visited McDonald’s to grab a coffee and chose the table service option, thinking it would allow me to stay focused on my very important exam. I had my laptop set up, ready to work, and expected a simple coffee delivery to my table.
However, when the coffee was brought out, it was missing something as basic as a straw. This completely defeated the purpose of using table service. If I’m going to have to get up and retrieve items myself, then what exactly is the point of offering this service? It caused unnecessary inconvenience, interrupting my work, and made me question why I even bothered to choose table service in the first place.
McDonald’s should be paying more attention to the details if they want to provide any form of table service. Honestly, very disappointed with the lack of basic thoughtfulness and attention to customers’ needs. I expected better.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Ordered online and had to wait 30 mins before I cancelled my order because I was going too late returning to work.
