Clean restaurant and food made well, but time to get rid of the paper straws and reopen the drink machine folks. Imagine a large Coke in a plastic cup with a plastic lid and a dissolving paper straw?!?! What sense does that make? Also, COVID -19 is long gone – were big kids now – time to reopen the drink machine already. Waiting at the counter for 5 minutes for a refill is a bit much.

Literally missing half my order like 30 dollars worth of food and customer care couldn’t seem to care less if you really need to go to McDonald’s definitely pick a different location that isn’t gonna rip you off then ignore you. really disturbing behavior for a multi billion dollar company to be constantly ripping people off
Edit : don’t let their “Care” team fool you I messaged them twice and left this review its going on two weeks and not a single word like crickets absolutely ridiculous behavior their care team needs to get it together and mcdonald’s needs to rein in their stores for Blatantly ripping off their customers which seems to be a common theme for this location

Tonight I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe meal. I asked for light salt on my fries and I could barely eat them they were so loaded with salt. And don’t even get me started with the burger! It was completely falling apart. And overloaded with the condiments! I couldn’t even eat it! It was disgusting!! At least thy got the drink right.

No one taking orders at the register the entire half hour we were there. Some customers left. We rdered at kiosk. Took almost 20 minutes to get food. Our wraps were only warm with a little sauce at the very bottom. Milkshakes had sat for awhile before we got them. Definitely NOT worth $28.14 .

Very frequently the lobby is closed (often with no signage) Your order has a solid chance of being wrong, make sure you check. Drive through is usually prioritized over inside service so if the lobby is open and you go in, prepare to wait anywhere for 15-30 minutes for even a small order.

I went through the drive thru first thing in the morning (a little before 7am) and got my food quick. As I was about to pull out I noticed my orange juice was warm and, upon further inspection, had fruit flies in it I was offered a refund but, just wanted everyone to be aware. PLEASE make sure you pay attention to your drinks!

I’m done with McDonald’s. Food at this Springfield location is usually cold. Waited 20 minutes at drive thru for a simple Steak bagel breakfast. Complained to manager who just walked away. You can go to Jake’s gas station down the road and get a breakfast sandwich in minutes. So disgusted with Springfield McDonald’s i decided to complain to corporate. The inconsistencies with all McDonald’s will be their ultimate downfall.

McDonald’s is pretty consistent for being bleh. Its the only fast food option in this town so its a go-to far more often than it deserves but with continued rising prices and a lack of pride from the workers, sub par is about as good as you can expect here.
