This was supposed to b a fresh cook to order. It was warm at best n rubbery! Also was extra tarta. Paying over 12 bucks I should get something edible. The thing was thrown together half off the bun. So not happy. If I wasnt afraid I’d get spit in my food I would have made them make it again! If it was fresh off fryer the tiny amount of tarts they put on it would have melted into it! Ate 3 bites n trashed it! dry, warm at best, and rubbery! Absolutely nasty!

I’ve been a regular at the Newport McDonald’s for about three years, but my recent experiences have left me increasingly disappointed. The drive-thru service is consistently slow, often leading to long wait times that seem to drag on for no clear reason. In all my years of frequenting various McDonald’s locations, this one stands out for having some of the worst service I’ve encountered.
There have been multiple occasions where my orders were simply not up to standard. One notable instance was when I ordered a Quarter Pounder, only to receive a burger with severely defective buns—soggy, stale, and barely holding together. Genuinely the worst service ive ever received, not once, not twice but on 7 different occasions after putting in a mobile order to arrive to wait in a 45 minute line just to be told at the speaker “We’re not taking orders at this time just to watch the workers inside LAUGHING AND POINTING at the cars leaving the drive thru during NORMAL OPERATING hours, never come.here unless you want to wait 45 plus minutes to have your order CANCELLED without any notice

28 minutes in drive thru for 2 cold McChickens and 2 cold McDoubles, then not even an apology from the person who finally brought my food out to me. There wasn’t a line when I got there, so no idea why they couldn’t get my food prepared and served HOT!

I stopped by and bought 2 meals with a family member, we spent $45!!!! If thats the new price for two regular meals its scary… I could have ate at a restaurant with healthy food for that price point. I guess when you start your newly hired employees that stand around mostly at $18 an hour thats what happens to the price of food! I almost didn’t pay but also was in a hurry and couldn’t skip dinner. Plus my burgers were not fully cooked (pink), the burger was super greasy and the fries sucked. Thanks!

I am very sorry to say this but this is now a year later and I have been here probably 20 times since then and Everytime it gets worse ya 🙁 I get it but it’s a clean restaurant but the service is absolutely crap the food is cold garbage or you get the wrong food or if you get the right food it’s still wrong here’s a pic of the double cheeseburger their most popular burger how mad I was to get home and see this crap!!

I was very specific about the way I needed my ice coffee to be and it wasn’t made that way. The person taking the order was very kind and helpful but I needed sugar substitute and ended up going to a store and buying creamer to add so the coffee wasn’t just wasted. Normally this McDonald’s does make the food and drinks very well though.

Food is as everyone expects it. Drive through is way faster then indoor dining. They are concerned about the drive through times. They shouldn’t be under that kind of pressure. But yeah its mcdonald’s. As you all know its not cheap or quick anymore

Every time I order from here without fail this particular McDonald’s gets my order wrong even though it’s the simplest order (no sauce). I have started not ordering for myself because I have wasted so much money on food that I cannot eat. I will not be returning.
