When my food was brought to me and I took a bite, I was rudely reminded why I don’t eat at McDonalds.
The cheeseburger didn’t have any beef taste at all. Granted, cheese and condiments smother the taste but not rhe complete taste.
The French Fries seemed to be mostly remnants from every bunch of fries that had been cooked during the day. There was little flavor and some were barely warm. In fact, nothing was hot.
Sadly, the best part of the meal was a Sprite.it was cold and tasted as it should taste.
The eatin dining area was clean. But, the trash cans in the dining area were begging to be emptied as I watched others push down trash to add their’s to the overflow.
For what I got I felt the price ridiculously high. So, when all is said and done I’ll be due another trip to McDonalds in about 20 years.

Who runs this place? Waited for order which included iced coffee. 25 minutes later still no food. Lobby was crowded. Drive thru was moving, but inside people were complaining. My order number never showed up on the board. When I mentioned it, I heard…”I can’t tell you when that worked last”. When I saw my order getting cold, I asked and was told there was no coffee. Hmm, good service would have been to say that 25 minutes ago!!! Took forever to get my refund. (10 minutes) No offer to keep my business from the manager. They really need a good leader who knows what customer service is!

Placed an order on Uber eats and had 4 different ppl to pick it up; the reason why it was 4 different ppl because they were taking forever to cook the food. 2 god damn hours to do an order.

Got 2 large meals and both of the large fries were barely half full if you could if consider it half full!!! Very disappointed after spending over 20 dollars and not even getting what I paid for. And after eating one they were cold. I also got a snack wrap and they were very badly wrapped and looked extremely sketchy as in more sketchy then McDonalds normal. As well as barely any ranch on the RANCH snack wrap!!! Very disappointed!!!!!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Went here to get a simple combo meal at 1:24 on a Sunday afternoon. Waited for over 30 minutes to find out that my meal was still not ready. After waiting 30 minutes asked to cancel my order which took another 10 minutes by the manager. Total time in McDonald’s was 35 to 40 minutes and I got absolutely nothing for it

literally sat in a empty dribe through for 15 minutes over a mc chicken. Absolutely no rush like it isnt a fast food restaurant. The owner should let management go and hire new ones cause they run this store and the jay location like a laxed no need to rush facility

Waited in drive thru line for over an hour for a mobile order, when I got to the speaker they didn’t help me and I watched 3 people that were behind me in line get their order taken so I decided to just drive up to the window and was given attitude by the employee for not ordering at the speaker, they told me to pull up to the next window where I waited another 30 minutes with no help so I ended up leaving after wasting an hour and a half for nothing.
