Went to get food around 10:30am the ordering was smooth the lady at the first window is WONDERFUL super sweet and definitely a great window person.you guys have Maggie and Courtney at the second window being rude to customers not sure who’s who because EVERYONE including the manger refused to give me the name bc it’s “not needed”. I got there names from an employee who was leaving the building…the lady asked me my order I totally forgot in the moment and looked at my husband to ask bc I truly didn’t remember what I ordered or what he had gotten as well. if someone doesn’t remember there order instead asking “you got the 2 part one” i said yes and she then slammed the window shut. Yes i will be rude to any person who thinks they are gonna down play me and be rude to me. If people there want respect then they have to talk to people with respect!

I had a pick up order and my fries were mediums when they were supposed to be large. They were friendly but for how expensive it is my food should be right.. spicy deluxe was good but messy

I have been waiting for my coffee, which has been sitting in the same spot for over 15 minutes. When my husband informed them that we had been sitting there for 15 minutes, they acknowledged and said it will be there but continued working. The manager and district manager sat there with our coffees, which remained untouched. After 20 minutes, I requested a refund and pointed out that our coffees were still sitting there; they seemed more willing to return our money than to hand us our coffee.

This place sucks. I dont eat fast food often. I was craving a burger. It was 10:55 when I ordered a double cheeseburger. Thats it. I drove to rhe window, expecting to wait because there was no line. Well, boy did I have to wait. I was asked to pull into space 6 and wait. I asked would 1 burger really take long and they stated they just switched from breakfast. Sounded like bullshit to me. So about 5 mins later my shitty burger shows up. It wasn’t hot. It was fresh but not right off the line. $4 for a double cheeseburger. This restaurant is the reason I dont eat fast food. I would like to thank McDonalds for making me realize your food is NEVER worth the convenience. Never again.

Although the restrooms were clean, there was a stall out of toilet paper. I went back 45 minutes later and it was still out of paper. I ordered a hot and spicy McChicken with no lettuce, plus tomatoes, plus EXTRA pickles. (They don’t come with pickles, but the options were light, regular, and extra, I chose extra). When I got my sandwich, there was one big pickle and one tiny pickle. If that is extra, then what is light? What is regular? Everything else was correct. I took it back to the counter, and the very nice young lady behind the counter obliged to remake the sandwich, although I would have just taken an extra pickle or two and ate my sandwich. So they remade my sandwich, and it had lettuce, no tomato.
So I took it up again and was very understanding because it was a little busy, and she sweetly offered to have it remade. I heard her call out the correct order to the kitchen, and it still came back with lettuce. I said nothing. I just went and picked the lettuce off and ate my sandwich Let my kids play in the very clean and fun play place. Then we left.
I called after the lunch rush times were over so I could speak with somebody in management to let them know that the sandwich had to be remade twice and was still incorrect, and they totally brushed me off. That is not okay.
If they would have just taken me a little more seriously on the phone maybe asked a couple questions, that would have at least portrayed that they cared their food isn’t coming out correctly.
If they would have just made the sandwich correct in the first place, that would have been ideal. I was super nice and understanding. I still am! There’s probably young people working there, they’re busy, it’s okay. I understand!
I just wanted to let anybody else know if you visit this place, these are things that happen. You’re welcome.

Well I mean normally I wouldn’t go through the trouble to post the review on the internet and try to bash a corporation for something Petty but if you’re going to sit there and treat the customer like they’re a piece of crap because they have a coupon and they’re trying to use said coupon to save a few bucks and then you make it seem like it’s causing you a big problem A lot of people spent a lot of money for the holidays and are very tight with their money right now. So is it impossible to believe that people might want to save a buck or two if they’re going to go out and spend money?.
I go up to the register this is around noon a little after and I say okay. I’d like to get a double cheeseburger they say okay I say I have a coupon I’d like to use. Save me 40% on the order oh okay I say I got the code here the girl working the register seem to have no problem. Then when I go to pay the price doesn’t change any and I say well what’s going on. I have a 40% off coupon on a double cheeseburger or a six-piece nugget. Oh well, I don’t know what’s going on. It’s not working so she calls a manager lady over.
A lady with a black shirt on and black pants who I will assume is a manager and she starts getting agitated with me as she’s explaining that the app isn’t working for whatever reason and it has nothing to do with that store and it’s the corporation and there’s no reason for her to give free or discounted items to people all day.
At that point that’s pretty much all she needed to say she didn’t have to say anything more and I said oh okay and I was starting to walk away and then she says so you don’t want the order In some type of rude tone which was the same tone at the beginning of the conversation i said well it’s pretty obvious and I walked out.
Whatever happened to the customers always right? God forbid I would have saved the doll or something on my order. You would have had to give me a free dollar. You’re throwing food away all day. Probably that was made wrong or that no one ended up paying for or whatever. The case is wasting hundreds of dollars in food probably every other day and you’re worried about giving somebody a double cheeseburger I mean customer service cost nothing It’s free.
When I work for fast food if someone had a complaint and they approached my register I would do the best to resolve the issue So that way there everybody’s happy.
Hard to believe that you wouldn’t excuse a dollar or two a multi-billion dollar corporation and lafy you’re acting like its independently owned when you’re not during the conversation which doesn’t really make a difference anyways, customer service goes a long way.
Corporations are supposed to follow corporation rules at the very least you could have at least told your worker or informed your employees that there was problems going on with the McDonald’s app.
Normally when you pull up to a drive-thru or you go inside you would get a message that says welcome to McDonald’s. Would you like to use our app If the worker was trained she probably would have used that line and then said well sir. Unfortunately the app isn’t working today Would you still like to place an order though.

I wish this mcdonalds was better since it has a play place and many do not. I will say the play place is kept clean and good far both young and older kids. The atmosphere isn’t to bad if its not busy but it’s not great either. The staff will ignore you even when almost no one is around yet alone when busy… it takes them forever no matter what to get your food to you. If you need something like a cup or utensils you will wait at the counter for quite a while before anyone even acknowledges you. The tables are usually sticky as well. This last time they ran out of straws…. As for the food its mcdonalds…

Go to this McDonald’s every Sunday with my kids because it has a playground. The food was excellent…Fries, Burgers, Apple pies, choco.-chip cookies, all were fresh and tasted like they were cooked from order. Fantastic!

Old duff cleaning was doing a bang up job of it. Play place is good. Food order was wrong. We got no cups or drinks. The line of people with incorrect orders was backing way up once we finally got someone’s attention.

Absolutely the most disgusting McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life! Unless you like raw burgers!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could! This is a quarter pounder with cheese. Was in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. Normally I don’t mind because that means my food will be hot and fresh. My fries were cold, like cold cold. I had to take them back in. Then, I wasn’t even halfway through my burger when I found it uncooked. I was sick all weekend because of it. I won’t be eating any meat for a very long time after this!!! Please go to any other McDonald’s or restaurant in town. This one is awful!!!!!
