Placed mobile order and waited over 45 minutes for it. When I asked after waiting this long I was presented with an attitude from the employee who intern was backed up with an even bigger attitude from the manager! Very unprofessional! I also am a manager for a restaurant that deals with people’s food orders and I would never come at a customer like this nor would I allow my employee under me to do the same!! Do better!

I could not believe the treatment towards an employee I witnessed by what I assume is a manager named Amanda. She had dark hair and glasses. The nice gentleman I’m unsure the spelling, Richaud maybe was helping me find my order that the app glitched and I was unable to check in in the drive thru or curbside.
When he went to ask for help she blatantly ignored him 4 times. She again moved on to a separate task when the other employee I’m unsure her name asked him what he needed. She then started slapping receipts around and told him I don’t know find it. He came back asks some questions and went back over. Another girl came up and printed my receipt and brought it over to them. Amanda then said “well what did it fly away?!” and huffed saying “this is everything you need to remake”. Another girl said no I have it right here.
I’m not even frustrated about the order. I am completely dumbfounded how this employee or manager was behaving. She was not subtle about her annoyance by the gentleman up front. And she was nowhere near professional. I understand stressful times at work, but that was completely inappropriate.

Don’t know what going on lately but every time I order at this location over the last few months they always miss half the order. Every time I’m missing fries, apple slices, drinks, straws and today they missed the whole happy meal for my son. If it was a one time thing that would be understandable but this is every visit now. Seems like I’ll have to start going back to Western Ave because Bangor Street can’t get it right.

This location has a double lane drive through.
The play place is open and easy to monitor your kids.
The food is standard McDonald’s food, but don’t bother asking for extra pickles on your burgers, odds are you won’t get them.
I did have 100% order accuracy other than that.
The atmosphere was nice, place is generally clean.
Some of the tables have a wireless charger and they seem to function.
This location seems to be plagued by low staffing(as of the time of this review)however even with few staff, they were pushing out orders at a fair pace I’d say when compared to other locations.

We left before we even ordered. People were backed up outside waiting for parts of their orders….one gentleman came up to counter with his receipt looking for his food for his family. He said he had been waiting an extremely long time. No one came to the counter to help any of us and we were 3rd in line with another behind us. But we got to watch a worker come back inside from carrying an order out to a car throw her tray in the compartment, walk by us and complain she hates snow

Its christmas eve. 10am. I order drive thru breakfast. Not even a hello. Nothing. Ordered a big breakfast no syrup no salt and pepper no jelly. Do you no longer add these item in drive thru? I said happy holidays and I thought the drive thru window person was going to cry or hit me. Not a friendly environment and no condiments. For the price I paid. I live literally down the road. Not giving my business here anymore. So unprofessional

The female manager with green hair was awful. she snapped when I asked if they had something available, and when I ordered my sweet tea (which isn’t available at the fountain and has to be filled up behind the counter) and asked why I didn’t get it, she asked why I ordered it.

Be prepared to wait longer than a traditional restaurant and then receive cold rubbery food. The ONE advantage of eating fast food is that it is fast. Not here. Many people in line had waited upwards of an hour. One patron asked for a refund, but then was told she’d have to wait for a manager, whom was not available. The worker also did not offer to go GET the manager. Instead he said, “I’ve been here since four, I’m leaving.” Instead of getting a manager to speak to, she was given her food…no refund given even though she asked. Another mom came in with her three children after waiting in her car for an hour. Kids had peed their pants and food still not ready. Mcdonalds, if you are going to charge $10 plus per meal and advertise as fast food, then offer food fast. Otherwise, my family would have gone elsewhere for roughly the same price.

always gets my order wrong no matter how simple. genuinely how hard is it to make a plain cheeseburger or a 6 piece nugget. its not brain surgery.

Terrible service waited in line for 20 minutes inside the store got my order drove down the road to fine out my hamburger is a cheeseburger, my fries are cold and so are my nuggets I went to get a refund for my hamburger because they can’t hire someone to do a such a simple task as making a hamburger. It was in the hamburger wrap and all but had cheese on it, the manager then told me she didn’t have 2.15$ in her cash drawer so I had to get it put on a card absolutely ridiculous avoid at all cost go to a different one everytime I’ve came here there’s been an issue.
