I come to this McDonalds all the time. They are always making mistakes. The one time I actually confront them about it, and ask for the mcchicken they forgot ( the next time I went there 2 days later ) they told me they would not give me the mcchicken because I did not call. They give out free sandwich cards just for making you pull over and wait, but shorting you a mcchicken is the hill they choose to die on and lose a customer over. There’s way too many fast food locations to excuse poor customer service anymore. No one should have to take more time out of their day to call because you made a mistake. No one should have to deal with the embarrassment of asking for you to replace their mcchicken just to be told no. And NO ONE should have their money stolen from them. I will never come here again, over a mcchicken. Receipt picture included.

Stoped there today to pick up a breakfast sandwich, hash brown and coffee.
I ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel, the bagel was not toasted and it was so stale I couldn’t eat it. The sauce they put on it was disgusting, no idea what it was.
The coffee was just brown colored water with no resemblance to coffee and no taste.
The only thing that was okay was the hash brown, but who can mess that up.
Never again, I spent over eleven dollars for crap never going back
So, they replied with a link that I can go to complain BUT you can’t click on to it so what is the use of that.
Just don’t want to own up to the fact that they serve crap food at expensive prices and NO customer service

Ive been here multiple times, usually in the morning. My wife did a pick up order for our family Saturday night. We were missing two complete happy meals, I called and left a message with what I assume was the head of the franchise. There hasn’t been a response. Bummed as this was $20 in missing food.

There are many negative reviews below but my experience has almost always been good. It’s difficult to get a decent, hot, meal at any McDonalds these days but rarely has this one disappointed me. Service is always great & friendly. I make it a point to stop at this particular McDonalds because everything is usually hot, cheese is melted & fries are crispy. Kudos to owner/manager & employees! McDonald’s prices have gone crazy but it’s the same at every McDonalds.

I went threw the drive thru for 1 Tea,nothing else. Just a drink on our way back to NC.. Then this dude happened..
The guy at the window was more worried about our business and what we were doing in our own personal space then handing my drink to me.

GPS misled me to route 202 to get to Bangor, figured I get some gas and some hot food, the 3 people working on the night of the 26th were killing it despite 2 ft of snow all around them. Would definitely sweeten their paychecks come reviews!

I know most of these McDonald’s franchise owned and each one will generate different reviews based on the store and how it’s managed. I have no problem with McDonald’s I think for the most part it’s a decent value for fast food. It’s quick and that’s what people go there for expecting just that a fair price for a quick takeout. Forest Avenue McDonald’s in Portland must think their food is infused with gold or some other expensive metals because a big Mac meal for me and my wife was $23! What?? You heard me right to me that is borderline criminal they way overcharge because why? Because it’s Portland the new mini Boston.? So I’ll stop there because there is more to complain about, but that says it all to me I won’t ever buy another item in that store.

We reached the store on Friday 02-July at 9:30 PM.. the store was quite busy on the drive thru… there must be 5-6 staffs in the store serving the customers… we ordered few cookies and 4 coffee at the counter.. Clearly stated we need a hot coffee, with milk and one sugar. A teen in our group sat on a chair out of tired, The lady on the counter was rude did not allow the boy to sit.. also, the coffee delivered was horrible, watery with no milk.. we tasted the coffee only after moving out of the store… we had no energy to return back to the store and fight back. But, we had a bad experience.. I don’t recommend this store ..
