I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s since I was a kid, and it’s still my favorite local spot. Now that I’m gluten-free, I have to be very specific about my orders, and the team here truly takes the time and care to get it right. It’s rare to find a fast-food location where you feel this safe with dietary restrictions. Thank you for being so attentive!

Service was a bit slow. Food was tasty. Bit small for the Money though.They have redecorated over the Years. I’ve gone there since it first opened at that location in the 1970s. It looks good…but I miss the Playground. Now they have Computer Screens for Kids to play with. Handicapped ♿️ Accessible Seating and Tables with Braile Text and Numbers for the Booths and Tables. Bathroom Faucets are lousy. On a Motion Sensor and Timer ⏲️. Darn things shut off and won’t turn back on before one Hand is fully washed. Burger Kings don’t do that! Plenty of Parking. Set up for Door Dash Pickup. Handicap ♿️ Parking near the Entry Door.

Absolutely awful. I’ll forgive the painfully slow service because they are very understaffed, although that seems to be a common theme around McDonald’s. Double cheeseburgers were cold like they had been sitting on the counter for 45 mins. Ordered without onions, and they had onions, but not in the sense of like they added them but more in the sense of cross contaminated from other orders. Ketchup tasted like someone had swished it in their mouth and then spit it on the burger. I literally spit it out into the bag and couldn’t finish the meal. First time I have ever gagged from McDonald’s, and I’ve had some pretty bad and gross meals over the years. At least the fries were fresh though….

Always have to pull to the next window. Or to the door around the corner. I know it’s hard to find people, but the prices went up, and service went down.. The double drive-through is a joke at all McDonald’s. These restaurants are worried more about their times than the job itself. I had a car in front of me at the 3rd window and was told to go to the door around the corner. The “fries needed 2 mins to cook,” .7 minutes later, are cold. It is all about times. Here’s an idea get rid of the double drive-through and concentrate one car at a time. If you need people to leave a station to hand food, you ordered at a drive-through consistently, from a back entrance door. you’re failing!

Placed order through the drive through. There was 1 customer ahead of me and another customer placing an order in the other drive through line. My payment was taken quickly only to find when I pulled up to the window for my food I was directed to wait at the second window. I then watched as each order was stacked in different locations to wait for our food. The staff was so disorganized they did not remember where they asked the different orders to wait so the second time an employee approached me with someone else’s order I was told “the food takes time to cook”, there was no apology for the wait or we are worki g as fast as possible to get your order. Between the order being placed and my recieving my food was 16 minutes.
For the food needing time to be cooked I recieved cold fries. So I filled out the survey about the poor service and cold food. I them ate my order to find out that even though I ordered 2 apple pies and I received 2 pies what I received was pumpkin pies that I did not order.

Went to South Paris a little after 6pm to grab my grandsons some French fries and toys. The gentleman collecting payment was fine but pulled to pick up.window and it was crazy! A bunch of people were milling around gossiping to each other. Finally a girl.thrust a bag out the window. I checked to make sure the order was correct. When I opened the bag, the bottoms of 2 French fry containers were facing me! I moved the dumped containers to find toys on the bottom. I hollered in the window upside down fries? Really?? Not one person even looked at me. I would much rather give my business to Burger King where they actually seem to care for their customers!

The manager had handed us the wrong the wrong bag and then he took the bag back and actually gave it to the people behind behind us like you know I thought you weren’t supposed to take the food back from someone and then put it give it to someone else what if what if we had what if I had covid-19 or something and then a little old lady was the one that got that behind me you know that’s just mad unsanitary
