I ordered strips 8 pieces and large fries on 5/6/25 by app and drove through picked it up. I didn’t check my food, Then, I got burnt and bitter strips all of them but fried was good. I have eaten it before the color of strips wasn’t like this.

Well, ordered deluxe burger with lettuce tomatoes pickles No Onions.
Got home..onions/no lettuce or tomatoes and 2 pickles…a very flat over ketchup/mustard spread…at least fries were hot…called back and they/?manager said will “replace the burger” (not the whole meal)…not too cool on the customer service to either credit back or offer whole meal…oh well.

So I normally like this McDonald’s. The staff is nice and all. But today I was eating a McMuffin and opened it up to put on condiments. I open it up to see that the egg has a weird dark green/grey color throughout it. I was already grossed out but then I looked at the ham and it had a hair on it. Both of these can be seen in the pictures. It was ordered at around 9:30am on 2/6/24.

Why did the manager speak to me with such a horrible tone starting at the beginning of our conversation? She was informing me my order got accidentally canceled but told me this information in the most horrifying tone I have heard from a fast food worker in a long time. I work in fast food and would never treat a customer like this. She would not even tell me why the order was canceled, she just spoke to me so rudely.

This place has taken a serious plunge recently, The last two times ive gone there in the evening to use the drive thru ive had the same experience.
Pull up to the drive thru and listen to the chipper pre recorded message, then an actual employee comes on….can i help you…i make the order,…then the mic just goes dead….
So i pull around to the pay window….
A girl is just standing there staring at me….says nothing.
So i ask ” how much?”….she tells me and i pay.
Pull up to the next window….another girl is there,…doesnt look at me, doesnt speak to me, just stands there looking the other way for about 2 minutes….finally a bag is dropped near her and she just grabs it and side hands it to me out the window….no words, no smile, no eye contact.
I drive off and fumble through the bag and grab a cheeseburger, looks like a mangled mess thats been sitting for hours.
Whole experience was total rudeness and no customer service at all.
Im sorry youre working at Mcdonalds but if you accept the job you should at least be courteous and friendly to customers.

The morning manager that took our order was absolutely miserable. She showed no customer service skills what so ever, she acted like she hated her job and just made it a very negative ordering experience. Proper customer service should include a friendly smile at the very least!

Imagine getting a water instead of a soda and getting charged 12$ instead of the 8$ for a big machine meal because they wanted to ring it all in piece by piece. You say “why did you ring that in weird that’s more expensive. The meal is 8$ ringing it that way is more.” “OH we are saving you money this way.” They say. No you’re not baby. The big mac meal is 8$ for a burger fries and a drink. Just cuz I get a water and not a soda which is cheaper for you mind you doesn’t mean to charge people extra. I got to the windows trying to explain the math and the lady just said here’s the receipt it’ll all make sense. Lol what is this

The food at this restaurant is actually really good, but the app experience is terrible. I couldn’t use a coupon for at least 15 minutes after getting it, which made me consider leaving altogether — that’s how many orders you’re probably losing. Also, I specifically selected table service to see how it worked, but the girl just stood there yelling out the table number instead of bringing it over. It felt like the staff were either unaware or just ignoring the service setup. If you’re going to offer these features, please make sure they actually work. They get two stars because one they were screaming my number and didn’t bring my drink. I wanted to see if table service actually worked and they couldn’t walk a few feet to deliver it when I definitely asked for table service and secondly, it’s not the store. It’s the app you’re going to absolutely lose food orders from not making it five minutes delayed because multiple people could be ordering from one app. if I had wanted to, I wanted to try table service I was very frustrated why it was a dark girl and she just kept screaming table 115 not even with the word table. She was very well aware that it was table service I wanted to try it. I sat there and took the time to go through the app and order from my table to get table service so I guess this is not working from McDonald’s cause they’re still just gonna scream doesn’t table service mean when it says you can sit down and order scan this code and you can order from your table and somebody’s gonna bring it to your table.
