Ordered a single mcchicken inside at the kiosk at 12:57 pm. Took 9 minutes to get it in my hand. Very slow business wise. 1 car in drive thru, 3 people sitting inside. Ridiculous, no excuse for how long it took.

Took just shy of 30 minutes for a #3 Large and 70% of that was sitting at the drive up menu waiting to order. If it’s this bad in February when the town is dead I can’t imagine this crew making it through the summer. The older guy in the first window is the man though, very personable.

I went here to get a frozen Coke and a frosty for my partner and they told us that they were out of the frozen Coke. They showed us about 1/3 of a cup and handed it to us after we had already paid. They didn’t give us a refund or anything. Today, I went to the drive through, waited multiple minutes and no one was there to take our order, despite the fact that there were hardly any customers inside.

I’m unsure about the atmosphere, only because we went through the drive-thru but out food was hot/ warm, fresh & really good! Our service was also really good & employees were incredibly friendly, polite & had great customer service skills. I don’t eat McDonald’s often but if I do then I’ll certainly be a returning customer to this location. Great job, guys, & thank you!!

I ordered using the app. I don’t want my receipt and proceeded to the second window. Person at first window yelled at me to back up to the first window as she said she HAS to offer me a receipt. Crazy policy. Dangerous to make customer back car up in a line of traffic. She was rude and sarcastic.

The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. 10 minutes waiting just to pay at the second window with 1 car in front of me. Not the first time I’ve waited almost 20 minutes for food through the drive thru or inside at this location. This place needs new management ASAP.

I know it’s McDonald’s, but every once in a while for whatever reason someone has to go there whether you’re in a hurry or it’s just convenient. The Wells McDonald’s is the absolute most disorganized operation. I have ever seen the people there put in zero effort and are just clueless to everything going on around them. I went there once at the beginning of the summer and once at the end, nothing has changed and this is just through the drive-through. Again, I don’t expect much at McDonald’s, but it should be a little bit better than this! Do better people.

Horrible place. They don’t have breakfast burrito meal or burritos even a little after 7am. And they shove people behind you in front of you in line even though you’ve been waiting for over 5 minutes in the drive through line and they don’t care to be kind. Their food is very salty and they give you sweet tea even when you ask them to double check it is unsweetened. Definitely not worth the too high prices they are charging now.
