The food is relatively good compared to other McDonalds. Sometimes the service is amazing but lately it has really gotten bad. Missed items, being given an iced latte when ordering a hot one, etc. make sure you double check your bag.

My husband and I have gone through the drive throu in this McDonald’s three times now, after 6pm at night and every single time it takes about 45 minutes at least and the order is never even slightly warm or put together correctly or we don’t get what we even asked for to start with! Not sure what’s going on with that shift but it’s become super annoying and can’t find anyone that speaks English to say anything too or get a call back from anyone even a week later

This red head woman clearly dyes her hair this red color and she usually works at the drive through window, she is extremely unprofessional and hits on my partner every time we go there. If she wants a job making money that way PTs is always hiring but she definitely shouldn’t be working for McDonald’s due to it being a family oriented restaurant, and clearly she likes to break up happy homes, as well as forget to put things in the bag like sauses and napkins and straws, maybe because she is so busy hitting on people’s partners instead of doing her job. If I see her there we just won’t get our food there. We will go to Burger King instead.

This location is well kept and really clean inside. I ordered on the kiosk but have had good drive through experiences as well. The staff are patient and helpful as well as professional. The service is fast most days.

Not sure what happened to this location, but it’s become an absolute joke. The final straw was putting in an app order, parking in the pickup spot, and waiting 25 minutes without any food coming out, despite little to no foot traffic or drive-through traffic. Even by the very low bar that is McDonald’s, this location is 10 miles under it. Save yourself the trouble and don’t bother giving this place a chance.

There has been what looks like a puke stain below the second drive thru window since the Covid lockdowns. It is at the bottom of the outside wall. One would think this would have been addressed years ago but it hasn’t (just look for yourself). If the person working the window is not a maine native, your experience is going to be a lot lot worse at this one.

This location is run extremely poorly. Orders are wrong half the time, they don’t know how to keep up with the orders tget take, and the people working the drive-thru headset aren’t particularly great at their job. Despite months of bringing this up to management, not a whole lot has changed. Certain aspects have actually gotten worse.

This location is perfect!, right in the middle of Scarborough. The food is usually decent and fresh but I have food allergies and every time I order a burger with “no cheese,” I end up with cheese on it! Almost EVERY time!! Err!! Super frustrating. It’s yellow cheese too which is nasty imo. Tip- if you are a cheese eater, ask to switch your meal to have “white” cheese” instead of the yellow stuff they usually use. When I could eat cheese, I liked the white better, they have it! Ask em!!
Edit: & what’s up with no leaf lettuce for like 2 years now? Leaf lettuce goes on a burger, not shredded lettuce!
