After waiting for over half an hour for my curbside order, I went inside to see what was wrong. They had not even started my order. I stood at the counter for another 5 minutes, never once being spoken to by an employee. I watched as 1 employee did all the work while 4 other employees stood around aimlessly. To the 1 employees credit, they were able to get my order, but they had clearly forgotten to make it. As if this wasnt troubling enough, upon the first bite into my Big Mac, I was greeted by a long strand of dark hair. Awesome! This place is a dumpster fire and things like this consistently happen to me here, so after giving them the benefit of the doubt, I have decided to give up supporting this place and take my business elsewhere.

Edit: I didnt think it could, but It got worse. Wrong drink, medium fries instead of the large I had purchased and paid for, food freezing cold from what I assume was sitting in a bag on the counter for half an hour, the ineptitude of this McDonalds knows no bounds. Based on the countless other 1 star reviews preceding this one about how this place used to be at least decent, but now has descended into the depths of disappointment, Im sure the owner will comment “Sorry, thanks for the review”, but nothing will change and I highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs.

It sucks because I would eat here more if it wasnt ALWAYS such a mission to get your food. Go through the drive thru. ALWAYS have to pull up and wait. Go inside, forget about it! They just ignore you basically. While I sit here waiting to order and the manager just walks back and forth, ignoring us. Can’t even find a clean place to sit. It’s great they higher teens, but it shouldn’t be only children working here. While I was standing there waiting for someone to come take my order, I heard the drive thru attendant laughing about how they didnt give the last car all their food. What do they care?

I just stopped in to use the bathroom and grab lunch today and witnessed a young employee who brings food out to cars, yelling at the car who pulled in before me, and again at a stopped truck when I was leaving.

1st vehicle, He was dropping food off at a vehicle, turned around and began yelling at the vehicle pulling in. At first I thought it was me, but he didn’t even seem to realize cars drive through parking lots (on account of he didn’t even look before crossing in front of me), still yelling at this other vehicle.
It did not look like the vehicle did anything wrong. It seemed more like this employee thinks they are above the customers they serve.

2. Upon leaving, same said employee, crossed the parking lot without looking (again) and started complaining loudly about/to a black truck he was bringing food to. Saying they should park better, and something about they can “walk in themselves” to get their food.
I couldn’t hear the entire conversation as I was trying to pull out onto a very hectic road.

I would love to know why this employee thinks it is ok to do this to customers.
What ever happened to respecting the customers? After all, without customers, no one there would have a job.
Is this what McDonalds management allows?

Just a note as well, I have had several bad experiences at this location and today just happened to be the tipping point for me.
I have gotten wrong orders, rude customer service, food not even wrapped in the packaging, bad apples, rude customer service etc.

The food was about as decent as it could be with it being McDonald’s but when I placed my order the kiosk was out of paper (understandable not mad about that) I went to the counter and was told “oh the kiosk don’t print receipts and I don’t know how to do it” and he walked away without saying anything else. Once I eventually did receive my food they forgot my milkshake and my quarter pounder looks sad and dry. My shamrock mcflurry was a normal mcflurry with the shamrock flavor just pumped on top, not even mixed in!! Very disappointing

I used to come to this McDonald’s every day for coffee. Unfortunately, there are a large number of openly racist old people who sit by the ordering kiosks. I know people are racist blah blah blah but in reality, hearing old men and women use the n-word and laugh about getting kicked out of other restaurants for calling black staff members the n-word is really, really sad, and really unacceptable considering the diversity of the staff and customers.

I know nothing will come of this, but I just wanted to say that I’m not going to eat here any more because it just makes me angry and sad.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had this same exact issue with this McDonald’s, but it will be the last.
Granted I went there late, it was 2:45 AM, I work third shift, and was on break. I was the only person at the drive thru, the woman who was taking orders snapped that they were only taking cash, which wasn’t a big deal. I ordered a Large Double Quarter Pounder Meal with a coke and 2 Double Cheese Burgers. as I was pulling forward, the woman screamed again that they were only taking cash.

When I got to the window, there was a man standing there, who wasn’t wearing any sort of uniform. He told me my total was $15 even, which seemed odd, I handed him a $20 dollar bill and watched as he fumbled with a key to open the register, which again seemed really odd to me, then once he finally opened the drawer he spent a solid 2 minutes, not even kidding, grabbing bills and putting them back in, after all that, he only gave me $4.50. I was confused and he told me that “if I was curious about the change it was because I’m was lazy and not to tell my boss.” I told him that he shorted me 50¢ which shouldn’t even be an issue considering he owed me $5 even. That’s when he told me that the order was actual $15.50. So I asked for the receipt, just to double check. That’s when he told me that they couldn’t give me a receipt because their registers were down, and they were writing orders down as they were coming in. I’m not quite sure how they came up with the process, but whatever and gave up on trying to get the 50¢ he owed me.

After about 15 minutes, he came back to the window and asked me what my order was again, I was getting upset at this point, but told him my order again. He said okay and walked back out behind the window.

Then, about 10 minutes after that, he told me to pull ahead and they’d bring the order to me. So I pulled forward by the door and shut off my engine considering I’d been tthere for a half hour with the engine running wasting gas.

Another 15 minutes later they finally brought out my meal. Again I showed up at 2:45 AM, and didn’t leave there until 3:30.

The fries were half full, and burnt, I received a single quarter in a double quarter pounder box, and everything was ice cold.

I really wasn’t going to write this review, but I emailed McDonald’s about this 2 days ago and haven’t heard a word back about this, not so much as a confirmation email.

If you’re a manager there, I highly suggest you take a look at your cameras Tuesday September 29, at 2:45 AM and find out what your crew was trying to pull.

I live in Springvale, so if I want McDs, I am relegated to this place. I never get my sauces, I VERY rarely get tiny add ons…. Like I wanted pickle and lettuce on a damn sandwich! Is that really that difficult?! No! I did it 25 years ago and so can they. A worker that gave me attitude, telling me she’s NOT giving me her name and instead pointing to some guy that’s leaving as her boss and I should go ask him…. I spent two decades bartending and waiting tables. These people and their behavior are in no way okay, much less acceptable. And they don’t get half the orders correct. That girl who refused to give her name though. As a doctor, I have to give mine. Not okay.
