Once again my son has gone to get something for breakfast and have the order has not been in the bag this is literally the third time in a row where we have gone to this location and half of the order has been missing. We don’t always have time to go back being working people and having a life so the amount of money that this place has gotten for food that was never delivered is really becoming a problem. I know this is McDonald’s and the bar is not that high but at least the things should make it into the bag

Did a curbside order pulled in about 5 minutes after placing the order expecting to wait another maybe 5-10 minutes only to have to wait half an hour while the served only drive through. Had to go inside before I finally got our food

I know I know, I am the lady complaining about McDonald’s service. Except this experience was so agitating that it has brought me to actually write a reveiw on a McDonalds location. I don’t care to get into grave detail about my experience but what I will say is that the lack of their ability as a smooth running location is far too nice of a thing to say. The management is as bad as the staff and the place is GROSS!!! I worked in a few fast food locations as a kid, and that place is capital letter NASTY.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Last night I placed a mobile order for pickup through the driver through. There was a line, but it seemed to be moving. Our order was a total of 5 things (including 2 fries) and when I finally got to the window I was asked to move up to spot 1 to wait. After watching the guy in front of me receive 10+ items. I pulled up to spot 1, we waited a half hour with our child in the backseat. Went in several times to no one at the counter to help us. Finally we had to holler to get someone’s attention saying we had been waiting for 30-40 minutes. The person at the front yelled back to the cooks saying “come on guys, we asked you for that burger 4 times” … ended up getting the food, started to drive off before telling my fiancé to check the bag. Turned around, went back inside.. we were extremely annoyed at this point. Had to holler yet again to get attention after waiting for a few minutes for someone. I was handed a bag with the fries, no apology, nothing. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen/had in my life. Waiting over an HOUR at Mcdonald’s is not okay in the slightest. Everyone in the lobby was fuming. Got home, fries were so cold and soggy. Stop flirting with each other in the back and actually work.

Crew forgot items in my order then acted like im inconveniencing them by asking for what I paid for. They try to rush to correct it but hand me the wrong item I point out that it is not correct and i get a ugh,sigh , and eye roll. I was polite in asking for it to be fixed but given rude treatment in return. I get it it’s fast food dont expect much but be nice to your customers. Be more like chic fil a customer service.

Came to grab food after a long shift at 11pm. The woman at the window handed me my drink and then threw the bag of my food at me, I looked inside and this is how I recieved my order. Absolutely not okay.

It took 10 minutes to place the order – while there were customers in line an employee put her own order in and then another employee undid her long hair on the cooking floor. 20 minutes waiting for an order of 10 piece chicken nugget and fries. This is a poorly managed McDonald’s, which is turning into a teenage hangout spot

Worst McDonald’s we’ve ever been to. Went in for breakfast, ordered and paid. Waited 20 minutes and went up to ask about order. They said they forgot to put it in. Ordered again and took additional 12 minutes for order, which came out cold. Watched everyone else order and get food in semi timely fashion. Asked to talk to manager and she reluctantly spoke to me. She said they were short of help and busy. When I said everyone got food, she blamed us. I said how do to order and pay for and not place order. Then try to lay the blame on the customer. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in 50+ years and 30 + states. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

I never complain but this has been the worst place for months now. Either no diet soda, no lids so no soda or just not delivering food after ordered and paid for in drive thru. We ordered, paid and were asked to move to #2. While there we saw some cars get their order, but most were asked to park and wait. After 20 minutes of waiting and watching many people who got their food after waiting long periods, walk back in and return wrong orders, be very upset etc. it’s always this way. And I feel like management has dropped the ball and has disappointed many. We drove off after watching another car get their order wrong order and throw it out the window. I think this will be our last visit and last $20 spent here. Much better service in Biddeford!

Went to the drive thru ordered 3 cheeseburgers and fries was told to park in spot 7 and then sat there for 30 min while we watched them take orders and give food to people going through behind us. Finally had to go inside and ask them for either my food or my money back. They gave me my food finally and it was falling apart missing things and a big mess. I do not recommend going to this location.
