Manager was very impressive. She was cheering her employees on and the food was hot and fresh. I noticed they were very busy at the drive through and they got the line through the drive through very quickly. I ate inside and the lobby was clean as well. Gung ho crew, Great job

This location is often VERY busy, but I never have too long of a wait. The morning staff are great! One girl is there almost every day at the cashier drive thru window, and she is fast and efficient at her job! I always hope I pull to the right lane to get her on the computer to take my order because she is so fast and knows everything so well!

I wish I could give you zero stars. This is one of the most inconsistent locations I’ve ever been to. Without fail the Gray location messes up my order EVERY time I go there… Now I avoid it. It doesn’t matter if I go inside, use the drive-thru or order ahead on the app. My order is never correct!

Manager looked at us 5 times standing waiting to be waited on not once said a thing . Drive thru girl walks by says I will be right with you . Walks back by and totally blew us off . It’s always like this . It takes forever to get anyone to take your order at the front. They are to worried about drive thru , what they did last night ……… take some customer service classes .
