I bought a senior coffee- it was hot & wonderful. I knew I was going to buy coffee so I brought my own cup & put my own cream & sugar in it. It’s not because they don’t do it well- it’s because I don’t understand what I’m receiving. Is the coffee strong is it a medium roast?
I’m not allowed to taste it- they didn’t do anything wrong. So for me it’s best to put what I want to In My Own Cup transfer the coffee into my own cup. It’s a win-win for everybody.
I will say this about driving and parking at this location. There is one entrance and it is a busy location. If you’ve never been there you don’t realize that other cars would like to not wait in line but actually park and go in because it’s probably faster to get out of the car and order. So the cars in line to go through the drive-thru block the entrance oftentimes unknowingly. There is parking on both sides of this building however you cannot often get to the other part of the parking lot unless you can go to the right of people in line for the drive-thru. Or you can go to the left of the people in line if the cars are aware that they can leave enough space for you to maneuver to their left. I see people doing what they know they can do which is going in the exit out direction. Sometimes you just have to make up your mind to do what works and ignore the signs that say do not enter. There are no signs that say please leave enough room or anything like that. So often times what you will find at this location is people in the parking lot are outside of McDonald’s parking lot trying to get into the parking lot that are blocking the exit of that general area where people do business. It’s no big deal to me cuz I love people and I just drive around them. I am sensitive to how people feel and try to act accordingly. Also they prefer at this location that you go in to a specific door and that other door is always kept locked. It could be opened but they would prefer to do business with that door closed. I apologize if it’s rather complicated when you get there you’ll understand.

Well, the McDonald’s at Cook’s corner I understand have the rules in the regulations, but you know something. The people that work. There are the ones that make all the difference. I have been somewhat homeless not completely but somewhat homeless since I retired from BIW in August 2025 and I’ve come here and eat my breakfast and have had to sit here and keep warm because I was living in my car. There are a couple people that would much rather homeless people not coming here at all but most of what’s going on some of the people that work here are very nice. They allowed us to sit here, knowing that the rules say that we’re supposed to not but the very pleasant and nice about it. They’re not nasty But that’s not all the employees so mom can be you know not real nasty but unpleasant and I want you to know I really appreciate the ones that are very nice to the homeless people knowing that they are having a rough time and allow them to sit here and be warm granted or some that are very loud and very nasty with their mouthbut overall, the employees that work here at McDonald’s at Cook’s corner are very good people

I ordered a coffee, side of eggs, and one sausage patty at 9:57(receipt below). I received my order (2nd pic) at 10:16. 19 minutes for an order and the location had 6 people working.
At the 18th minute, I asked a worker for an explanation and she said there was an equipment failure that put the restaurant in a position where it could only make one round egg at a time. Equipment failures seem to be prevalent at this location (see review on filet of fish), and there doesn’t seem to be contingency plans. One would think a sign being posted to warn customers of a 15-20 minute turnaround time for eggs would be a minimum courtesy for any company that professes “customer first.”

I know it’s convenient and all, but there are other McDonald’s restaurants close enough that you don’t have to suffer the poor service and painfully long wait times for your food at this place. I didn’t wanna write a review but this is the third time I had to wait over 15 minutes in the drive-through lane. I actually canceled my order while waiting and left. I’m sorry, but something needs to be done to get this restaurant up to the low bar that McDonald’s sets for its locations

The cleanliness of this store is disgusting. They insist you use their kiosk to order but the greasy, covid handprints are so bad you dont want to touch it. Just like the floors in the pictures. The shear laziness of the staff to not actually clean the floors but yet put a “wet” floor sign out is ridiculous. Its not wet, thats grease they track in and out of the kitchen. For days its been like this. You can obviously see how long it’s been with the outside grease tracking on the pavement. The staff cleanliness isnt the best either. Their shirts are stained with grease and food residue. It explains the floor and Kiosks cleanliness. These are the same folks who wanted to get paided more money for the same, well looks like less, work nowadays. Truly shameful to call a professional workplace. Do better

Soiled & rotten food on multiple occasions. Moldy and black lettuce, old fries, they always forget to put something in our bag from our small order. Mysteriously chewy chicken in sandwich, can’t even here occasionally now..

Ordered a combo and the person taking orders took forever acknowledging my order. He was waiting for my deink selection and I had answered 3ntimes before that. He had my order wrong and changed it at the window. The sides were still incorrect when i got my food. This is one of the worst KFC’s I have been to. I keep giving them a chance, a d my experience gets ruined every time. This will be my last trip to this location.

Waited 30 minutes on a not so busy day for my meal and was made wrong. Had to wait another 15 just to get the order. 45 mins for some McDonald’s is crazy. Plain burger isn’t hard to make. But to them it is.

i go to this specific location almost everyday if not for myself for someone else and not once in the last month or 2 have i been pleased since the management changed they have gone extremely downhill the food is always cold and takes WAY too long to be handed out and half the time i end up missing half of my order my most recent visit will be my last due to the staff incompetence i simply called asking if my mobile order could be cook to order which i know they can easily do as a past employee at a different location and they proceeded to tell me they didn’t receive me order and couldn’t and then mocked me when i said okay in a confused tone when i got my food it was very clearly not cook to order and they threw the food on the counter at me and said nothing and put my only 2 drinks in a drink tray without asking causing difficulty traveling back home due to having to walk leaving them to fall in the parking lot also extremely disappointed in the cleanliness off the staff they are constantly un gloved and whipping sweat off of them getting sweat and hair in the food and they do not at all pay attention to the customers
