They had me clean my own table, the associate was a mess, untucked and fully wrinkled, and very rude. The sandwich I ordered was a mess and my kids food…. they ate it because they were hungry.

On top of waiting 10 minutes at the drive thru for our food. We drove away opened our food to have to drive all the way back because we took one bite of our burgers and they were completely red. Drove all the way back and girl that gave us our food tried to tell my boyfriend the burger was from yesterday when the burger ticket and receipt said today. She was extremely rude and gave my boyfriend attitude. Very disrespectful and shouldn’t be in the service industry if she can’t handle customer complaints. Tried to call to speak to a manager and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Customer service is horrible. Extremely rude employees.

I am very aware that people are told to make me wait extra long do strange things to my food talk to me badly ignore me when I ask for something they miss putting in my bag from my order but what gets me America is how people will treat you bad then when you give them a reaction you the bad person but Carry on America the truth will always come out and thanks management Guy for acting like you didn’t hear me speaking to you looking for me to give you a negative response when you did finally answer me but no Sir I appreciate you it’s all love over I am definitely aware ❤️ oh and definitely my first time here

I ordered a simple vanilla ice cream cone thru the drive-thru. Not rocket science right? The guy tried to give me a cone where the ice cream was literally just 2″ above the cone. Seriously, measure that out. 2″? We’ve all had soft serve ice cream in our lives and they are usually 4″, 5″, or even 6″ above the cone. To make matters worse, the Hampton McDonald’s, in an effort to cheat us even further, keeps the ice cream machine at a temp right around freezing. As such, when you get your ice cream it’s already melting. In my case, the ice cream in the 2″ cone was literally tipping over and DRIPPING on the hand of the guy in the drive-thru as he handed it to me!! WOW! I paid $3 for 15 cents of minuscule ice cream only to have it spill on me in my car because the employee didn’t have the class or professionalism to remake the cone? I don’t want to have a cone that’s been dripping down the hand of an employee! Who knows where that hand has been! To make matters worse, I went back to the very same store 2 hours later and ordered another cone. Guess what, different employee, same result! Bad management=bad employees. Buyer beware at this place.

Literally worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Everything sits out too long and its rarely hot food. I have had multiple bad experiences to write this review. Burgers are dry as all hell sitting for god knows how long- same on the fries. Lemonade has so much pulp you basically eat it- not drink. The staff at night are all rude and dumb. Yelling outside, talking bad about customers like we couldn’t hear them through the window. Manager on duty was the only reasonable staff member. Definitely taking the longer trip to avoid this store.

Good service and pancakes! Clean. Seagulls like to hangout here:). Very busy here. Extra for the positive interaction with my daughter, they gave her a sticker! Wifi and Uber eats available.

Update: Sunday afternoon, July 2022; Curbside service went well. Outdoor trash ️ cans were being emptied. Kiosks inside for ordering.
To save $, download the McDonald’s app. My daughter loves their french fries and I save $ ordering through the app. I aquire points for free food.
Update: Monday afternoon, October 2022; Different interior set up from other McDonald’s I have visited. This McDonald’s also has the best looking bathroom out of all the McDonald’s I have ever visited.

I eat at this one all the time ……unfortunately . They skimp out on the fries all the time , I included pics from separate occasions.(the bag was not opened and these were not touched before I arrived at my shop down the street) and let’s be honest it happened to me enough times that I started taking picture of half empty fry cartons I mean come on. The staff always looks lost at night and most of them have no personality (although there are a couple good ones in the bunch).would a 100% correct order and a full order of fries kill you guys or …….

The employees at this location are always super friendly! Food is decent for the price, and the ice cream machine is never broken here. Overall, the best McDonalds in the area if you are looking for a cheap bite.
