The absolute worst experience we have ever had! Ordered from the kiosk and eventually had to go ask if our food was ready. Got our food and we’re missing several items that we had to ask for several times. The people waiting in the drive thru were checking their items and we saw them have to make 3 trips to one car because the people in the car were smart enough to check their items. Our 8 year old went to the restroom and came back because the toilets were unusable.

The order kiosk was not easy to use. It took longer to order my food via a kiosk, then to have an employee place an order. Then once my friend helped with the kiosk, we completed payment and it didn’t not print the receipt, the printer was jammed for over 24hours, which the employee noted to me verbally.

I eat at this one all the time ……unfortunately . They skimp out on the fries all the time , I included pics from separate occasions.(the bag was not opened and these were not touched before I arrived at my shop down the street) and let’s be honest it happened to me enough times that I started taking picture of half empty fry cartons I mean come on. I’ve been to this location many times. Tonight I stopped quickly just to get a snack because it was going to be a while before I could have dinner. I was eating my McChicken while driving and had dropped some pieces of lettuce on my lap. When I pulled over to brush the lettuce pieces off, I looked down and had a maggot crawling on my lap. Obviously I know this can happen easily with produce, but the thing that upset me the most, was when I called McDonalds to let them know that they may want to check their lettuce. The employee I spoke with was rude, told me there was no way it came from McDonalds, and hung up on me. Hopefully no one else ate maggots that night!
