They left out about half of my drive through order and when I came out the first person I talked to didn’t help me, and the second person to do so was rude about it. And as I was waiting on that decided to get 2 strawberry shakes, and one was made wrong and is a vanilla shake instead that they lied about and wouldn’t remake.

I do doordash and have to come to Dover McDonald’s often. Customer service is non-existent a few of the employees are good but most of them are not. But then what do you expect from teenagers the nighttime manager is atrocious and rude. There is one manager with blonde hair that is outstanding and when she is there things run smoothly. For the most part you can expect at least a 15-minute waitI. If you want fast food go anywhere but there.

I don’t know what this lady’s problem is but the red haired lady who served us at 5:45 in the morning today was absolutely rude! She didn’t let us get 2 words out before she started yelling and giving a major attitude. She was continuously rude the entire order and when we had any questions she didn’t want to answer them. I don’t think I’m going back to this place again. I know if I see her there I’m leaving.

I think I should have read the previous reviews before I came here, but WOW. Extremely slow, forgot items. I gently reminded staff items were missing, sat at the table waiting, items still never arrived. Nothing complicated either. Lesson learned, I regularly go to another location in a nearby town and never have any issues.

My husband went in there last night paid 32dollars for two value meals that where not made proper food was cold, strawberry shake tasted like bubble gum penicillin,Big Mac was made upside down. Was delivering a McFlurry for a costumer, as the guy behind the window handed me the delivery bag, he drops it and it landed on the wet concrete between the window and my vehicle. Instead of apologizing and replacing it, he says “it’s just ice cream” and expected me to deliver the potentially damaged product and was not willing to replace it. Since the bag was sealed as with most delivery orders, I was unable to verify if the product was unscathed or not. To whoever was working to drive-through window on October 22, 2025 at around 2 AM. You had some absolutely unbelievable behavior. Remaking a McFlurry that YOU DAMAGED can’t be that hard

At the speaker the worker was very rude and abrupt, kept rushing me the whole time. Then at the window she continued to be rude. Mine and my gfs food is cold. Fries are cold and feel/taste old. My cheeseburger is stone cold, the buns are literally hard.

Used to be a good Mcds but has fallen waaaay off, especially after about 6 pm it seems. Last few trips were rough but this time waited all of half an hour to 45 minutes for a cold double cheeseburger on 2 top buns and overcooked fries. Also had to remind them we were there before they brought out our food on a tray with ketchup smeared all over it. Obviously hadnt been cleaned off from someone else.When I went to mention the burger there was already 3 mad people waiting for corrections on orders all being ignored. I deposited burg in the trash ate what I had and left. It used to be sparkling clean too now it’s always dirty . Will not be back to this location anytime soon.
