I rarely give chain restaurants 5 stars but, this McDonalds earned it. The staff fed a busload of hungry tourists in 20 minutes and did it with a smile.

Each time I’ve purchased food at this location the food is good and staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Today I went through the Drive thru (lovely older lady with a ponytail) and then ordered inside as well. There’s one worker who stands out every time. He has blonde hair and a black hoop earring with spikes in one ear. He seems to really know how to hustle aka great work ethic always on the move! I see him moving up and on to great things I wish I could tip!

It had amazed me, that through the years… Gosh! This makes me sound old… the food used to be real. The fries do not taste like fries anymore. The burger taste and texture is different. I couldn’t finish mine. It just tastes different. The service. I would say above and beyond. The people who work that particular location we went to, they all put their heart and soul, into their job.
The atmosphere, we just noticed through the windows, how uninviting the inside of the building looks now. It’s not warm and welcome looking anymore. There are no bright colors anymore. Remember the classic red and yellow? This inside looked like the inside entrance to a prison or court house. It doesnt make you feel that feeling you used to get, walking inside a fast food establishment.

Every time I come here there is always something. Let me just start off by saying I come here A LOT and something always happens… one morning I come by and order a medium coffee that’s it’s.. a medium coffee and get charged for a medium coffee. What size do I get? A SMALL. no I do not go back in I’m already running behind for work I brush it off and say whatever. Well the next week I come on my lunch break I get a my food but NO DRINK. not even to mention the lady who brought me my food was digging in my bag with her hands no gloves on telling me my order like GROSS get your hands out of my bag if you do not have gloves on and is actively digging to the bottom of my bag with fries being out of the bag etc I WILL NOT EAT IT. so didn’t care about my drink. Didn’t touch the fries. Oh and let me not forget I didn’t get a single sauce I ordered. I just threw everything away and went about my day. So with that being said I wouldn’t spend my time here.

I ordered coke and two cheeseburgers. They gave me a Dr pepper… No one was behind me in the Drive-Thru but they made me pull forward anyway so they can try to decrease their wait time on the drive-thru. Then they proceeded to give my food to another car and then take it back from the car and try to give it back to me. Needless to say it took over 15 minutes. Customer service is lacking at this facility.

They didn’t even put the fries in there bag! Just grabbed a handful and threw them in the big bag. As you can see in the pictures they never even tried to put them in a bag! Was told oh they must have fell out! Out of a fresh never used fry bag?.? Hate to think what else is being done. 9/11/24 10:05 pm

We sat in the drive thru listening to the older lady do order for just one lane, we were stuck between cars, so we couldn’t switch lanes….I called in to let them know what was happening and the person answered the phone and argued with me, stating they can assure me that’s not happening. Um hello????? Im in your drive thru watching at least half a dozen cars go by in the other lane without her taking our order. Ridiculous! This lady works at the Plymouth location to or used to anyway. Not trying to be mean, but come on!!!!

8:00 am and we had to wait 20 minutes outside for our food! Get it together Meredith McDonald’s . Unacceptable!! One of our sandwiches was burnt. I finally went in and asked for our $$ back that we could not wait and she gave me our food! I did feel bad for her very very short staffed. There were so many people waiting.
