Went through the drivethru today (wasn’t busy at all) the lady at the window parked us and the 4 other cars behind us aswell.waited 20minutes parked in space 1 for a mcchicken and a double cheeseburger . Yep 20 minutes parked. Had a young lady come up to us twice asking if this was our order each one was not us. And everyone else that was parked got served before us. I even asked if she thought 20 minutes was a long time for what we ordered and she just smiled shrugged her shoulders and said “I just work here “

If I could give this place a zero I would. At the drive thru and a lady comes on to take our order, then a moaning noise comes over the speaker and it goes silent. A few seconds later a man comes on and says her head set died. Ok, reasonable. So we order again, then yet again a third person comes on and says oh sorry his headset died, what can I get you. Not sure what sort of game they were playing but I wasn’t about to feed anyone any food that was coming out of that place with those idiots working there. Grow up. We just left.

Went through the drive thru, got a McChickn and a frappe. Got the frappe, was told to go park to the side and wait for the sandwich, 5 cars deep waiting, I was the second car to start waiting, and 20 minutes later, all other cars gone and I’m still waiting for my 1 sandwich. I didn’t even modify the sandwich. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

Went to get a hot five Sunday and a McFlurry and waited 16 minutes to not get my food and someone else got served behind me that came in after me. No thank you. I asked for a refund and then they didn’t even refund me the full amount that I paid for.

It was okay. Drive thru took a long time the fries and drinks are decent. But I ordered a cheese burger and they didn’t even give me cheese. And when I looked at the meat didn’t seem that right. But overall at MOST I’ve give it a 2 star.
