This place is bad. REAL BAD. I’ve never once gone though this place and had an order done correctly. Usually get sent to the side, wait forever, then have to go back in after an employee with zero social skills crawls out. Every. Time. I film them and post online for laughs (unless challenged – they do have an employees that have obvious disabilities and they are the only ones there worth celebrating. The ex Shaws guy with blond hair is terrific.
Tonight was final straw. Held hostage in line for 30 minutes for a 2 meals with Shamrock shake. I watched Igor make it…..ran out of liquid. Female employee starts dumping in liquid into machine, then runs it into a cup topped with whipped cream. It was straight up liquid. How STUPID does one have to be to hand that off? Don’t bother replying with the canned “contact us”. If management hasn’t seen these crappy reviews or noticed the problems by now, they never will.

This is easily the worst McDonald’s location I have ever been to. Doesn’t matter what time you go or how many people are in line. You are guaranteed to be sent to a spot to wait over 10+ minutes after ordering from the drive through. They pretend like the drive through doesn’t even exist. Been here over 10 times at all different times of day and it’s the exact same. Not like any other McDonald’s in the area – not sure how they have been allowed to operate like this for so long. They are always fully staffed with 6+ people in the kitchen I think they just enjoy taking their time

Ordered breakfast before 10:24am and then had a coworker order after me had the charge come out of my account before 10:30 I pull into McDonald’s at 10:31 to grab my food and I got a message that it had been canceled. I went inside and asked and they said it didn’t come through on there until after 10:30 so it got canceled but my coworker who ordered after me they had her foo. waste of time to drive there and then they didn’t even make it right

I ordered through the app, picked it up, everything was great. Then the next day, I was charged a whole meal in the middle of the night, even though I was nowhere near the location to make the “in store purchase.” The customers should not bear this risk.

Would be a 0 star review if I could do that. The past three times I’ve been here (span of about 2 months) I go through the drive thru and each time they tell me to pull into a spot, I wait 10+ minutes, and then have to go in asking for my food. Each time I go in the bag with my food is ready and sitting there waiting to be brought out but no one bothers to bring it out. The past 3 times this has happened it hasn’t been busy and the employees are always chatting and distracted. None of them know how to do their jobs. If there is even a manager at the store they have no idea how to manage their employees and get them to work. The employees themselves should be in trouble too because they all seem to want to do anything but the job they’re being paid for. Just fire the lot of them. Never returning to this location. It’s only cold food and shitty service.

If I could give them zero I would. At least 15 cars parked throughout the parking lot because they are inept and unable to get food out in a timely fashion. Absolutely shameful mismanagement of this trash location. I have never once been able to go through the drive thru without waiting 15 minutes plus in a parking spot for my “fast” food. Ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra fudge for my pregnant wife… waited 30 mins in the drive thru with ONE person in front of us. Got to the window and the guy handed me a half of a sundae and said they ran out of fudge. No apologies, no solutions. Just a sad, angry pregnant, wife. This place is ALWAYS slow.

My son is a minor, and this is his first job. I have picked him up from work, and he will get in the car and cry. Tonight I pick up my son and a grown man who is another staff member named “Marvick” who bullied my son as a minor which really upset me. If you don’t like your job, why work there and bully a young kid? Go get a real job, be a man, and don’t take your frustration out on my son. He is doing his job; it’s not his fault. You can do your job right, and you are not a manager. I will file a complaint with Corporate. A few times I ordered my food from there he is really rude not a happy person really nasty attitude. A grown man tried to scare my son by threatening him to clean like he was a slave. Please McDonald’s, stop bullying minors at your Hooksett location. Thank you very much.

Ordered 2 Mc Chickens both were cold and rock hard. While waiting for food literally everyone but the guy with pink hair were just standing zoned into their phones the other guy was running around staying busy. All tables in the dining room were gross at 12:29pm clearly personal phone use takes priority over giving the dining room a once over. Whoever owns this establishment should perhaps take a look at cameras I know I wouldn’t be happy if I were paying people to lose me customers.

I came to this establishment and I received the most horrible service. I went through the drive thru and they had me wait in a parking spot for 30 minutes for a large fry. This place is so understaffed and unprofessional… if you can’t deliver a large fry in an efficient amount of time then put an effort into hiring more workers. It’s called fast food for a reason. The teenagers working there seemed like they hated their job and the managers are so rude, loud, and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would, giving this establishment even 1 star is generous.
