Portions are consistently short here. Last time the nuggets were missing, and this time the large fries were only half full. Very disappointing.

Don’t go here unless you want old stale food and your order messed up. Be prepared to fight someone if you want a sweet and sour sauce too because that’s the only way you’re gonna get them to put one in the bag. Drive to the Nashua McDonald’s 5 minutes down the road.

This McDonald’s advertises their Breakfast Sausage Berito, my favorite. Not only do they say they only serve it till 10:30, they actually never have it available, as far as I can tell. Tried mornings before 10:30, 9:30 8:00, not available. Asked the teller when its available, she said that “they don’t have it”. It appears, they just hope people wont ask for it, even though it’s on their menu. Go figure.
So, I don’t go there anymore. I go to the one in Londonderry; they serve the berito all day. Yea!!!

It’s not a life altering occurrence by any means, however I would like to get the size/ portion of food I pay for …If I wanted a medium fry. I would’ve asked for a medium fry! I asked for a large fry. Which sells for $ 5.41 after taxes which is another conversation lol I unfortunately legit received only a medium frys worth scooped into a large fry carton. I’d not be this harsh normally as mistakes happen, however this is multiple similar instances now and seemingly neglect vs a mistake made.

Mcdonald’s in Hudson is about the only fast food open late so I have no choice as I get out of work late but every I mean every time I go at night I get mcdoubles that will have no pickles or literally no onions at all and my mcchicken either crazy amount of mayo or none and about few strands of lettuce who ever is the kitchen truly doesn’t care

My last two times here have been abysmal. The third shift people don’t care at all. I had one double quarter pounder that was so burnt on one side I could have used it to scrub my car.
And then today i ordered and i heard the cook swearing about it. So he decided to put ketchup and grease over each and every sandwich (5 total). My kids didn’t care, but the principal still remains. And those of you who think that this is what you expect from any business. Why don’t you just give me your money since you have no problem giving it away for poor – and in this case, virtually non-existent – service.
Anyway, go the the one in Nashua, they give a f&$*

I went to grab some breakfast and when I opened the bag I was pleasantly surprised. Someone had take the extra few seconds to neatly arrange and layer the sandwiches in the bag rather than throw them in. Also, they wrapped them with care making sure each label on the paper showed the correct item and even placed them all label side up so it was easy to identify. Seems like something small, but this is great when you have multiple different items.
Morning team you rock! If only the closing crew could get it together and maintain the consistent level of service that is promoted at the start of shift. Ultimately this enforcement falls on management, but one motivated worker (like the one who carefully wrapped, and stacked my bag of food) will always be overshadowed by a mediocre worker (the lazy, inconsiderate child who intentionally messed up my food).

Went to grab some breaky at 10.30 and they had already swapped menus entirely. I’d get it if it was 10.50, but what is the point of saying breakfast till 11, if that’s not what your doing.

Ordered 2 qtr pounders and 1 had a meal sticker inside. I tried calling the restaurant and was immediately hung up on. Called again and the next girl said that’s not possible and hung up on me. I drive 5 mins back to the McDonald’s and asked face to face and they treated me like I planted the sticker for a free meal it was gross. Will never go back to this location again and likely not going to be a McDonald’s fan after this.

Ordered off the kiosk. TRIPLE checked that my burger said ketchup only, no cheese, no onion, no pickle. Came with ketchup and cheese. Went to the desk, told them and re-ordered. Person at the register specifically told the kitchen more than once it was NO CHEESE. Came with cheese on it again. Didn’t even bother going back to have it fixed.
