I don’t understand how is it a 24 hour drive-through and when you go to order or place an order they’re only accepting Uber or DoorDash pick up orders that’s it. It’s supposed to be 24 hours opened yet you could only pick up customers orders and not make your own order. Can somebody explain to me what the hell is going on and why is it 24 hours but you can’t order food

From the beginning it was very unpleasant lady who took my order got it all wrong… when I try to fix things with the manager she was to busy on her phone and was simply ignoring me…had me go to other window to wait and made me late for work. After this while ideal I completely lost my whole appetite and will never visit this location again.

Honestly you guys should be sued… I know for a fact I’m not the only one who feels this way… between the owners incompetence and the managers I’m not surprised at all that my order yet again was wrong… I speak English, 2 spicy wraps and 2 apple pies.. sounds simple right? Not for these dei hires, nope, that’s too hard, I got charged for 1 wrap and 3 apple pies… guess what I only got 1 wrap 2 apple pies… why even be open if you’re employees are to incompetent and comprehension seems to be an issue… and it’s on camera that there incompetent… 12/31/25 11:23am.. just in case someone chooses to do there job…

Waited at the drive through for over 20 minutes with absolutely no progress the whole time. It was like the whole place went on break. I would have left (like many others did) had I not already ordered online. Then they didnt take orders through the order area, just told everyone to drive up. Waving people forward through the windows. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Then acted like nothing happened. There’s also 2 completely different sets of open hours right on all of the drive through windows. I like the food in general but definitely will never visit this location again.

No joke the slowest staff to ever exist. I placed my mobile order 10 minutes before i left my house to go pick up. When I get there, like always, there’s no one at the front. I wait 5 minutes trying to get someone’s attention to let them know I was picking up a mobile order. I’m not even exaggerating when I say I had to wait OVER 30 MINUTES for them to give me my order. All I order was a chicken nugget meal, a couple of drinks and some cookies. Insanity.

Manager Melinda is awful. She works the late night shift. She has no social skills. She refused to serve me. Why??? Because her staff took my order and she doesn’t have it. She called tge cops because she refused to acknowledge i waited 30 min in line. This woman has no leadership skills and actually she belongs cleaning bathrooms. She has terrible customer service skills. She never offered anything for my troubles and made my service the worst of any Mc Donalds.

WAS not happy that the drive thru lane speaker wasn’t working again. They should have blocked that lane or placed a note informing the lane is not working. Instead, people pull up and sit there until they notice the other lane is moving.

So slow we actually timed it. Took us shorter to go to warwick and back to our house 5 mins from this location to get food. Honestly thats insane. We used our monopoly food here took 30 mins just in the drive thru lane at Midnight! Then timed from this to the other mcdonalds and back…25 mins and we didn’t wait in a long que. And this was not my first instance of this issue here…its every time no matter the time of day. I will just drive to warwick.
