The number of homeless people per square foot was also above par. I have seldom, if ever, been asked for money or food as many times by people who aren’t my own family. They also kind of huddled around my car after I went inside as if for warmth; it was kinda like a zombie movie but less scary.
Clearly it was the more impactful part of my visit to this otherwise fine establishment.
Currenly I’m just Disgusted!!
1⭐ Because they actually have “food” and it’s edible because people are eating…
I stopped to use the bathroom and get a lunchtime sandwich…A woman who told me she was 2 months sober was also waiting for the restroom. There was no paper in the stall but like my mom, I always carry tissue (no big deal).
Well, Miss clean & sober hit me up for spare change as I’m squatting. There was no paper ANYWHERE in there & I’m still wondering how Employees can wash their hands when the soap dispenser is broken.
I did however find drops of blood in the corner of one stall & it’s a nice room.
And that is the benefit of keeping wipes in a childless car.
During my recent visit to this McDonald’s, I encountered several issues that raise serious concerns regarding both customer safety and overall management. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that cleanliness and organization were not priorities at this location. Tables were left dirty, the floors were sticky, and the dining area appeared to have gone quite some time without proper maintenance. For a brand as large and established as McDonald’s, maintaining a clean and inviting environment should be the absolute minimum standard.
Unfortunately, the service was just as disappointing. Despite there being more than enough staff members present, the employees seemed far more focused on personal conversations than attending to customers or preparing orders efficiently. My order took an unnecessarily long time to complete, and there was no sense of urgency or professionalism displayed by the team. This level of inattention reflects poorly on management, who are clearly failing to enforce proper training, leadership, and accountability among staff.
Beyond the service and cleanliness issues, the most concerning aspect of this location is the safety environment. The area surrounding the restaurant has a significant homeless presence, and during my visit, multiple individuals entered the premises and began approaching customers. This created an uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere, especially for families with children. It is unacceptable for a public dining establishment to operate under such conditions without appropriate measures in place to protect its patrons.
This McDonald’s would greatly benefit from having dedicated on-site security or even a regular police presence, particularly given the frequency of disturbances. Safety should never be compromised in any business that welcomes the public, especially one that serves families and children.
While the food itself was adequate and consistent with typical McDonald’s standards, the overall experience was overshadowed by the poor management, lack of cleanliness, slow service, and unsafe environment. I sincerely hope corporate management takes the necessary steps to address these issues promptly — including improved staff training, stricter cleanliness protocols, and most importantly, enhanced security measures.
Until these serious concerns are resolved, I would strongly recommend that customers visit a different McDonald’s location where cleanliness, service, and safety are treated with the importance they deserve.
I witnessed a customer pull out a water pistol, shoot the employee with water and the employee chase the customer out the door with a broom. Providence is all sorts of messed up but I’m low key here for it.
When they finally did they told me to wait
Worst wait time for supposed
