These big fast food companies are just taking our money and giving us less and less. This particular McDonalds location is no exception. Missing items,Soda low syrup, cold fries…the usual problems with fast food but its everytime I go here. I won’t be giving them money anymore. Ordered 6 sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches and 4 hash browns for the family and I ended up with 3 of them had the crappy folded egg without telling or asking us if we wanted it And on top of that the hash browns were all oily and under cooked to the point they were soggy. It was disgusting. This particular location is always a dissapointment.

I didn’t want to write this but here we are. Just recently my girlfriend and went through the drive-thru for lunch. Everything was normal like any other day. My girlfriend orders 2 ranch snack wraps and myself a 3 piece mcstrips large meal. My girlfriend order was correct but not mine. On thebox said 4 piece mcstrips but inside was old Mcnuggets. I understand that mistakes happen and that’s okay. Am just disappointed is all. Happy Holidays..

Okay, usually I’d never bother with a Fast Food restaurant but here we are.

Bad customer service, IT DRIVES ME NUTS!

Visited this location on the weekend of 7/22/23 for a quick drive thru dinner while traveling. The car line was put to the road, no big deal. Order was placed, paid, and picked up. There was a couple items missing from the bag, no biggie, it happens. I walked up to the door at 6pm to find it locked. Went around to another side, locked. Dining room was completely closed. There was a man / worker on the other side of the door against the wall playing on his phone. I politely knocked and said I was missing something asking to come in only to be given a dirty look with a shake of the head and shrugged off burying himself back in the phone. Shortly after others were waiting outside complaining as well.

Send your staff to Chick Fil-A for customer service training and for a real spicy chicken sandwich. It’ll be their pleasure!

Horrible experience
Went there with my grandaugher to order a happy meal and a coffee and took an hour to get my food. They just kept filling door dash bags. Rude staff and not well managed will never return!!!!

Yesterday only one kiosk was working (Sunday August 3)… all the staff was concentrating on the drive thru window and ignoring anyone actually standing inside the establishment that already paid on said kiosk. It was 8 pm. I had a toddler in the car and a drive back to CT after a day at the beach. When I asked the staff why it was taking 30 minutes for two shakes and two burgers they mocked me when they were literally standing there watching everyone else work. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. 10/10 skip the stop

I had ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and there was a RECEIPT in my burger and what looks like mold on the top of the bun. I was absolutely disgusted. This is the WORST mcdonald’s I have ever been to. DO NOT EAT HERE.
