This location is usually much better than the other one a mile down the road but this is the second time now they have closed early while my order has still been accepted and “in the process of being made” despite no one but construction in the building so I can’t get a refund for the order I will never be receiving.

I was a guest eating in the dining room while the female Manager (not sure if a MOD or key holder) was yelling at an employee w a disability. I was so embarrassed for the employee. This Manager is loud and ignorant. You can take someone aside and talk to them in private when customers are in the dining room, not yell at them all because she said she was going to take her break. She was yelling at her saying are you asking or telling me cause no one tells me what they are going to do here. Her attitude was disgusting!

Waited 5-6 mins before spoken to in drive thru. It was also early 8:45pm, Person taking my order had very hard time understanding me. Semi got the right order but the food was tasteless, poorly made and fires were trash. Even at the bare minimum for a low end fast food place it could be better.
