I’ve been coming to this place for decades and I knew the original family that owned it. I don’t if they sold it or if they’re just not paying attention to their business anymore, but this has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to anywhere on the planet.

For the past several visits, I’ve ordered through the application and arrived about 10 to 15 minutes after doing so. As it has been happening every time for weeks, when I arrived at the window, I’m always told to move into a parking space to wait an indefinite amount of time. Even when ordering a simple egg McMuffin for breakfast and nothing else.

I learned from the server that the reason they do this is to cut down on the waiting times they are reporting to their higher. If you’re waiting in your car for your order at the window, your time waiting there counts against them. If you’re sitting in a parking space, well, who knows?

The manager who came to the window and asked me to move and used the excuse that the quarter pounders are cooked to order. No kidding! I already knew they. I’d order a quarter pounder 15 minutes ago! There’s no way it takes 15 minutes to cook a quarter pounder. I’m not moving from the window anymore to join a line of people at the parking spaces waiting for food. Get your act together.

Last time, I was directed to a parking space, the wait was for an 10 additional minutes. This is unacceptable. Today, I told them it was not acceptable to have me park and I remained at the window for my order to be served 5 minutes later. So, it took a total of 20 minutes to get a quarter pounder. Come on. At least, it beat waiting on another 15 to 20 minutes in a parking space, as I did for other visits.

Worse yet, the double quarter pound with cheese and bacon was so dried out and overcooked that It was inedible. It tasted like I was chewing on shoe leather (see picture). Maybe that’s why I had to wait so long? You had to overcook it? Or did you just give me one they had been sitting there a few hours and dried out because I complained about the service?

I would urge the owner of this place to pay better attention to their quality and service. I won’t be back to this location after patronizing it many, many times in the past.

The food is great but there don’t do table service we Sat down to enjoy a meal and have it brought to us with the number from the kiosk they called our number and had us come to the register to pick it up other than that the place is great is clean plenty of parking check out the photos

Completely unprofessional for just asking a question and the item I received was under cooked. Like they got it out way too soon!! They need to be properly trained but this is what happens when you just hire anyone to fill a spot! Won’t be going back! But on the other hand there are other places around that I will be going to instead!!

This place is a joke. We ordered a quarter pounder meal and a Big Mac meal. We were told to wait which I understand, the QP is made to order so it takes a little longer. However after getting home and opening our order, my husbands QP was still pink in the middle and my Big Mac was stale with old burnt patties. My husband called to ask for a refund and the woman on the other end was incredibly rude, after asking to talk to a manager she hung up on him. Your employees are terrible.

This McDonald’s picks and chooses when it wants to be open. The store is “closed” but the app says it’s open and took my order and the workers are outside smoking cigarettes. Now I have to wait 1 to 7 days for my refund and more importantly I have to wait 15 to 30 minutes to get my McDonald’s rewards back so I can’t even go to another McDonald’s I guess I don’t need anything this morning right hope your cigs where good

I did order ahead through drive through and not only was I told to pull aside for my order while the people at the window were laughing and saying ‘bye’ I then had to go inside and ask for parts of my order that I was missing.

Edit: They also gave me mcchickens instead of burgers.

Every single time we come here we are asked to pull out of the drive thru and park to get our food. I have yet to come here 1x and get served at the window. I would not recommend this branch to anyone. Go to sonic or A&W or even KFC which are all near by. Worst McDonalds in RI period.

I almost always have to wait for food and by that I mean have to park my car and wait for them to bring it out on the simplest of orders. More often than not. I get buns that are or appear to be stale and the food is never hot. It’s a shame because this is a very busy McDonald’s and it used to be a great one not so much anymore

I had an egg and cheese on a bagel. It was disgusting !!! I noticed after I left there to go get a coffee at Panera and noticed that I could have bought a much better bagel sandwich for $1.00 more.
Also, I ordered thought the app. I waited for 5 minutes at the order speaker before going to the drive-thru window. I complained at the window and was told that the speaker was not working. HOW WAS I SUPPOSE To KNOW. I am very disappointed. I will not be back.
