So I ordered a 6$ meal and 2 burgers and they food was messed up I also didn’t get my ice cream cone. So I drive all the way back to the store and Zena the manager was very rude and wanted to take my food back THAT I PAID FOR and throw it away to give me new food. Taking food back once it touches customer hands is a major food safety violation I watched her rummage in my bag to check the food and the walk around a bag the new order without washing her hands. That’s nasty. When I said I was going to keep the food I pay for she said “oh no we’re not doing that” and gave me attitude. I get my new food and the fry’s are old and taste like crap and my burgers were wrong again. Very disappointed. And I waited for a while on top of it!

Fantastic service. This McD outlet is vintage. Has comfortable seats and the place is literally covered with sporting memorabilia. Autographed books, posters, hockey sticks, helmets, US WNT soccer kit, NE Revs kit adorn the walls here.

Tried to order make Mcvalue menu french fries. Guy behind the counter says he doesn’t know what that is. It’s clearly listed on their menu. Ordered regular fries, they were stale soggy, and disgusting. It’s bad enough it cost almost $5 and no more $1 menu. Never again just go to Wendy’s.

Today I stopped by a McDonald’s because I had a simple question. I don’t usually go out of my way for McDonald’s toys or visit often, but the current toys are really cute, so I thought I’d ask if they were available for purchase separately from the meals. Either way — whether the answer was yes or no — I would’ve been fine. I don’t argue with company policies. If it’s not allowed, it’s not allowed.

What really bothered me, though, was the way the employee responded. Instead of a polite, “No, I’m sorry” or even a quick explanation about the policy, he sharply shouted “NO” at me with a deadpan stare. It felt unnecessarily aggressive, especially considering I approached the situation calmly and respectfully.

As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I understand that social cues can be difficult — but I would never speak to another person that way. If someone isn’t comfortable interacting with the public, they shouldn’t be in a position that requires frequent customer engagement. Politeness goes a long way, especially when people are choosing to spend money at your establishment. That kind of response doesn’t just affect a single visit — it affects how people view the entire brand.

He wasn’t the rudest person I’ve ever encountered, but the interaction was abrupt, uncomfortable, and left a bad impression. I just wanted to share this because experiences like this matter when it comes to building positive customer relationships — and a simple kind tone could have changed the whole interaction.

This is the first time I’ve wanted to rate a McDonald’s at more than five stars. Firstly, the young staff was very polite, cheerful, and accommodating. My cashier made a few recommendations that made sense and saved me money. They made a mistake on my “specialty sandwich” and when I politely took it back to the counter, another young person promptly apologized and promised to quickly correct it, which they quickly did. The manager himself brought the corrected order to my table. And perhaps the most surprising thing . . . All my food was actually hot. I almost never got my food hot at McDonald’s. At best, it’s usually slightly warm. My fries, burgers, and chicken nuggets were piping hot. I almost didn’t know McDonald’s could do that (because they never do). Before leaving, my wife and I stopped at the counter, called the manager over and thanked him and his young staff for such fine service. I could tell the manager was a nice and positive guy, not because of how he treated me but because of how positive, joyful, and cooperative his kitchen seemed to be. My hats off to this staff! Out of 5 stars, 6!

Literally the friendliest McDonalds everytime I come here. I usually come through the drive thru but I get the most pleasant people everytime. Not that I’m a frequent flyer but for all the random visits I have while I’m on the road. I’ve yet to have an unpleasant person and that speaks volumes especially today. Great job

Need better management sat in their drive thru for over 15 minutes with no communications until they were called and were asked if they were taking order was told “we have 3 people.” Management should probably staff better for a July 4th weekend and Seekonk Speedway night. I truly hope management does better.
