they need to learn how to cook biscuts!! they are always hard as a rock..the scambeled eggs are just eggs folded over..and cold. orange juice is usally sour tasting,bitter, dont get me going on there lunch items..burgers are always put together half ass. ask for extra onions………….never get them. the one on coggshall st new bedford mass ..is a little filthy also…no one sweeps floors..napkins and straw paper on the floor ..also sticky. not goig there no more..i will go to the one on kings highway..dont mind the extra 5 minute ride to get fresh food!! and a clean restaurant. and also no homeless people with there heads down on the tables..wich i doubt are cleaned after they leave,

I was there on December 6th 2025 at approximately 5:30 p.m. That men’s toilet was one of the most disgusting toilets I’ve ever seen in a fast food restaurant. The staff should be checking and cleaning it every 15 minutes. Gross and unacceptable.

Aweful don’t know why I expected any better in New Bedford , but it’s a business so I expected more from that…. I placed 2 separate orders forgot to add nuggets so ordered those . Waited about 15 minutes still no nuggets finally they come out absolutely disgusting and like they been sitting around just like the cold saugy fries we all ate . Asked to have them remade as I’m a manager in a fast food business and also manager serve safe certified I know how to provide proper customer service. I was told by your ignorant “manager” in the red well you didn’t order these nuggets with your first order that’s why you been waiting .. so what it doesn’t matter if I ordered them with the first order or the last my food shouldn’t be cold , especially waiting that long they should have been fresh. and that is not how you even talk to a customer . Oh wait and my husband cheeseburger that was supposed to have extra pickles had a tomato.. since when do tomatoes come on a cheeseburger? No sorry for your mistake nothing. Pure rudeness I will not be back. Your night shift employees are all lost bags just sitting on the expedite station getting cold too. And the dining area is messy and gross. Wet floor sign out with a disgusting dining area . I’m reporting you guys to board of health.

Many customers at different times, not really the workers fault, but the management team should focus on having more then enough people to handle these surges, and if it isn’t busy they can help keep the store and surroundings tidy.

This was one of our worse experiences at this McDonalds. We have never seen a raw burger at a McDonald’s till my husband ordered a Quarter Pounder tonight. There also was some brown clump of fat on the bun. There was a ton of grease on the bag and the fry carton and everything was cold because we waited 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru. The milkshake was watery and had to come home and be put in to the freezer. The only thing we had no complaint about was the cold soda. If you can’t handle the volume of customers open an outdoor window like Taco Bell and hire more help.
