The manager that’s bald and white, and skinny, threatened to call the cops on me because they messed up my food 3 TIMES, BACK TO BACK TO BACK, you can’t make this up fall river people, all i wanted was my tenders. like literally. closed the drive threw window on my face and made me wait 20 minutes plus, never in my LIFE i’ve argued with a man twice my age, unbelievable. Do better, and don’t worry i’ll be contacting the owner of that mcdonald’s since it’s privately owned, hate to be a karen but today i am one, this all happened 3/8/2026 around 11:30 ish. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING, because that’s what they are worth.

I absolutely love this place especially with the really nice girl in drive thru when she takes my order and payment but I normally come from around 11 am until like 7 but tonight I came at 10 and this other women taking my order was rude and talking to me through the window like not opening it but I get it cause it was cold but why r u yelling “WHAT DO YOU HAVE” like what. Then I ask can I have a tray because I got two drinks and they didn’t have any left but I she got my size wrong on my fries. I asked for a large and PAYED for a large and she gave me a small.

This is the second time I caught food poisoning from here. Both times I didn’t eat all day besides the McDonald’s then with in 1-3 hours getting food poisoning symptoms. Someone in the grill area isn’t following proper food safety.

i ordered on the mobile app for i store pick up. lobby was closed, i had to walk back to my house and have my grandma give me a ride. i then waited in a long line and received my food cold and wrong. i asked for no ranch sauce on my snack wrap and low and behold they put extra ranch on it. i had to use a napkin to try and get as much out as i could and it was still way too much. by far the worst mcdonald’s in the city.

What a train wreck of a McDonalds. The girl taking orders was so rude, the guy taking the payment said nothing to me and sucked his teeth at me when I asked to use my code in the app since. No one asked when I ordered. I got my food and the whole order was wrong. I had already jumped on the highway when I realized it and had to drive 20 mins in a full circle. No apology, no nice words.
I never have high expectations for McDonalds but I will drive out of my way to never go back to this one

Pretty clean for a McDonald’s their spicy mc chicken was cooked perfectly and also piping hot i used to prefer bk but maybe these locations in fall river change my mind,the soda was fizzy and tasted sweeter than another diet soda I’ve ever had r heir nuggets could have been a bit crisper but they weren’t soggy so thats a win

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered 2 happy meals and a mcchicken through the drive thru. Waited over 13 minutes for our food to come out. They had me pull into a parking spot and wait. When they finally came out no sauce and no drinks. The girl at the second window was on the phone the whole time we waited before they made me park. This place is unreal.

I gave this such a poor credit foods. Okay. Because when I ordered I am handicapped I cannot walk. I go there with my girlfriend expecting them to order on phone and bring the food to me. The food set on the counter for at least 10 minutes. Not realizing my food was there and then another order came in and then they called us after 10 to 12 minutes later after the food’s been sitting on the counter. Calling us to the counter that is not what I paid for that is not what I went. Therefore I went there to sit and have them bring the food to me. And they did not do that. They called me to counter. I am handicap. Have trouble walking and they did this to me. Pity me I say or pity who have a handicap. They did this too.

Terrible terrible terrible staff!!! Fighting and yelling at each other they need to fire the small dark skin lady with the neck tattoo yelling and cursing at the curly hair man that’s just trying to do their job. Just terribly awful management needs to be changed there idk what’s going there .. suprsingly order was the way I ordered..

Went there sunday night this october 12 on a dead night. I dont get how something as simple as two meals was that much of a hassle for your employees to perform. Ordered with a coffee and was craving your awesome fries you are known for and all the fries are cold and unsalted . The coffee was old stale and not hot. Im afraid to even eat my sandwich because ill probably get e coli or something. Very sad you keep workers like this around. They also look miserable to even be there like they are POWs or something. Its giving your franchise a bad rep. If have the receipt i definitely want someone to contact me to resolve the situation.
