go to this location fairly often, so I know it pretty well. The food is usually what you’d expect from McDonald’s and the drive-thru is often reasonably quick. Unfortunately, the staff can come across as unfriendly or stressed, which takes away from the overall experience.
Orders are usually correct, but quality can vary a bit during busy times. It’s okay for a quick stop, but there’s definitely room for improvement in customer service.

How do you mess up one small order? Got a happy meal for my kid. Asked for a plain cheeseburger, get home, it’s not plain. Into the trash it goes. Also asked for fries instead of apples, and they didn’t replace it. Just didn’t give apples. Their prices have gone up and the food and service has gone downhill. A bunch of kids in there who can’t handle simple instructions.

Trying to be forgiving but it’s so annoying because of the expense. Many times i’ve ordered online and had missing items or the completely wrong order. When i go through the drive thru, burgers come with incorrect ingredients and drinks are not filled completely. Go to another mcdonald’s if you can, just too many mistakes.

Don’t go here if you only speak English. The drive through is impossible, workers are fully incapable of taking your order. They treat the drive through as an app only pickup window. When you order inside you have to use the automated board because there isn’t a soul in there that can take your order in English.. This all lends to the concern of the staff’s understanding even the most basic parts of the health and safety code laws of Massachusetts. I question, is there anyone in the building that is ACTUALLY certified by ServSafe on each shift? Not to mention the exasperation displays from the workers when they actually have to do something… I can’t understand how this place is still open.

The service here is excellent, the food is great, and the employees are hardworking people who always do their best. Now, after reading some of the negative reviews, I just have to say: they’re laughable.
First of all, complaining about employees “not speaking English well”? That’s ridiculous. We speak English perfectly — and more than one language, by the way. Unlike many of you, who can barely handle your own language. If you can’t even place a simple order without messing it up, you’re definitely not qualified to criticize anyone.
Second, most of the so-called “problems” people mention show nothing but ignorance. Fries won’t stay hot forever. Wrong orders? Most of the time it’s because you didn’t order properly — we always double-check before handing them out. If meat is undercooked, it’s usually an equipment issue, not the staff. And yes, the restaurant might not be spotless every second of the day, but that’s because we’re focused on making your food quickly, so you don’t complain about waiting.
So next time you think about leaving a review, try learning to use your own language, learn how to order correctly, and maybe recognize the effort of people who are actually working hard. Until then, your reviews say a lot more about you than about this restaurant.

Came in for breakfast. It was very slow, but the girl behind the counter was more focused on how she looked, than helping customers. . Caught her glancing my way, and had to ask her if I could pay at the register for my order (which I had to place on the automated system). She acted put out and when I thanked her, she didn’t bother to respond. She was pleasant am friendly to the male customers, but otherwise dismissive and rude.

The handling of drinks (fingers inside cups & lids ) isn’t appropriate & when I asked for a different drink it went downhill. I didn’t take the food & they refused a refund or a receipt. I refused to leave the drive thru without the refund or receipt so they called the police who did get the receipt. This was unnecessary

We decided to coming into the Mac Donald’s vs using drive through. What is typically 5 to 10m to get your food took over 30m. In person customers do not have the same priority as drive through customers, which is disappointing. When I complained, I was told they don’t have enough staff, however they can still serve drive through customers in reasonable time. Last time we visit this place!!!!

A great place for me to get my large Diet Coke. It’s the only McDonalds I’ve encountered with paper straws which is bizarre
