This place absolutely sucks – takes forever to get your order and when it comes out it’s cold as a rock. This location can’t figure out how to use Uber Eats (5 diff drivers canceled my pick up because this location dropped the ball.) avoid this location if you can – Burger King is right up the street.

No drive thru at this location, these employees gave my kids a bag with chicken nuggets in it for there happy meal and when we took it out of the box they they had a hole in the bottom of the bag and the food went all over the floor.

No drive through!! I had my toddler w/me so I had to circle the building, then download the app, then turn location tracking on, then search for the address on Google when tracking did work in the app, then sign up for an account, then verify my account in my email account, order, the get my credit card and fill that info in. 20min later I placed the order. This is RIDICULOUS! You can see where they used to have the drive through. Instead they’re forcing app use so they can collect all personal data on your phone. I’m never coming back. I went here for fast and easy. It was anything but.

the food is always good and hot, and the space is very clean. But it is so slow. There’s only a few customers in the cafe, but a bunch of workers just having side conversations rather than prepping orders. I waited over 20 minutes for my food

Polite and friendly cashier greeted us and received our order. Tables and chairs were clean. Bathroom and trash cans were clean. We had to wait for food quite a long time, because so many people were ordered through online, but other than that it was good.

Why would a McDonald’s not have a drive-thru? Why would I want to get out in the hood and walk into the store? Other than that it’s McDonald’s The service was good from the employees but I mean the food is only going to be so good and it’s expensive as hell for what it is and the fact that I had to get out in the snow in the hood in the middle of the night to go inside to get chicken nuggets kind of lame

This is now the third time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. The first time, I let it slide because it was busy. The second time, the parking lot was nearly empty with just a couple of students around, yet my order still came out cold—fries and sandwich both. I order through the McDonald’s app and always choose table service, so staff should know when and where to bring the order. However, I’ve never once received it at my table.

The third visit was just as disappointing—cold fries and a cold burger again. At this point, I have to ask: what kind of standards are being followed here? Is this how you consistently serve your customers, or is it because I don’t fit into the “usual” age group that comes here? Either way, this isn’t acceptable service.
