Just a heads-up for anyone coming to this location: this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten food that looks like this.
I don’t expect perfect presentation from McDonald’s, but I do expect something that’s at least put together and edible.

Okay, so, I try to not eat here anymore because the food has honestly sucked lately. I got a sandwich and a medium fry (yes, for my dogs). So where the hell are the rest are the super hard, cold fries? So sick of being ripped off in this economy, and I suppose I should have know better.

I am SHOCKED that the black guy who works the window hasn’t been fired in well over a year. It genuinely does not matter what you order at the microphone, because he WILL make you repeat your entire order when you reach the window, and only then will they start making your food (which will still be wrong). He will give you an attitude as if its YOUR fault that he couldn’t perform the literal only task he has to perform. When you get to the second window youre met with somebody who speaks perfect english, Why not put them on the Mic?!?!
This isn’t just one experience, this is what happens every single time I go there which is probably about a dozen times a year.

I normally go to this McDonald’s because the food is always fresh and employees are great. Except for yesterday, Dec 20th.
Only 1 employee was speaking English. The person who took care of the indoor register was rude. They weren’t busy at the time and we waited almost 5 minutes, and most the food wasn’t fresh. They screwed up a very easy order and when I brought the item back to the front the people in the grill started yelling in another language. And as my husband and myself sat in the dining area there was an employee who was either waiting to punch in or waiting for his ride watching videos on his phone where every other word was the F word, amongst other swears.
Very unacceptable behavior.

I know McDonald’s won’t care, but I still want people to see this. I’ve experienced the same issue at this branch before. They just put bread in the box. I don’t understand how you keep employing people like this.

This place is a BIG NO!! Went through drive-thru at 12:26 p.m. on a very rainy Monday afternoon. Ask for a quarter pounder with cheese and lettuce and tomato and onions and pickles and nothing else also ordered two kids meals and a big mac. The woman asked me if I wanted a Big Mac meal and I said no just a single Big Mac she was very nice she said thank you and repeated the order back to us. She then told us to drive up. We paid and then drove up to the pickup window. When we got our food we checked it and there was no Big Mac. We looked at the receipt and we were not charged for a Big Mac, apparently even though the woman asked me if I wanted a meal and I said no just a plain Big Mac and she repeated it back to me somehow she failed to put it on the order. We told the woman at the pickup counter and she wasn’t real happy about it but she did ring me up for a Big Mac I gave her my credit card and we waited for her to bring the big mac. While we were waiting for the Big Mac my daughter opened up her Quarter Pounder and at which time she realized that there was no lettuce and tomato on it but then we looked on the receipt and you can clearly see that the woman did not put lettuce and tomato, even though she repeated the order back to us and said lettus and tomato she once again failed to put that on the receipt. When the woman brought us the Big Mac my daughter said to her I was supposed to get lettuce and tomato on my Quarter Pounder and it’s not on here at which point the woman at the window stared at us and made no comment whatsoever we waited for a response and we could tell she was not going to give us one. It was quite obvious that this woman really did not give a crap and she did not want to take that quarter pounder back and put lettuce and tomato on it. And so after another moment my daughter said ,are you kidding me, and we just left. I would like to say that we were the only people at the drive-thru and there was nobody inside, there was nobody even in the parking lot. There were no cars anywhere. Just us and they couldn’t get the order right. As far as the food was concerned it was all pretty much room temperature. Do yourself a favor don’t ever go to this McDonald’s.

What a joke of an establishment- really if you can’t cook a hamburger within 30 minutes , yet you already pretend it’s been made so we can’t cancel our order, you should just shut down ASAP as this has happened several times to me at this location- last time ever now.

We always make a stop here after driving down the cape because the kids want som fast food.
This place usually has a line and the service isn’t the best, but it’s great for a quick stop in to satisfy hungry kids.
There is a drive through and a parking lot with plenty of parking.
Inside, you can sit and eat and they have restrooms available if needed. It’s right on Route 28 and convenient to get to.

Once every month or so I give this McDonald’s another shot. I order off the breakfast menus ahead of time using the app , check myself in 5-10 mins before I truly arrive, and still have significant wait times upon arrival. This is specifically for breakfast. It happens every-time between 6am-9am. This particular morning was 15 minutes order ahead (Dunkin across the street has same issues), 10 minutes in drive thru, and another 5 minutes waiting in the parking spot they sent me to wait in. Just one sandwich, nothing else. I didn’t give 1-star because the staff seemed nice enough.

I had ordered on the mobile app and when I pulled in it was taking longer than expected. When I look over I see a staff just leaning on the counter on their phone. Then when I got my ordered thinking that everything was there it was not. It was pouring rain, I had people at home waiting for their food and then get home and realize some food is missing. I called the store 2 times with no answer and then on the 3rd time someone finally picked up. I am not sure who she was but she was not pleasant, didn’t apologize for the missing food just said “well do you want to come back?” I said no I’m already almost home and just want a refund. She said I can’t do a refund without you in the store. So I said please forget it but you need to remind your staff to pay attention and do their job because clearly they weren’t. I will now rarely go to this McDonald’s and will also recommend people to NOT go there. Since this isn’t the first, second or even third time this has happened. Honestly I wish I could give 0 stars
