I’ve gone here for breakfast the last 2 months almost daily. But the last week it has been horrible. Wrong food. Wrong order. Wrong totals. This morning I ordered two sausage McGriddles and two sausages McMuffins with egg. The total came to $12. I told the girl my order is wrong and she looked clueless. I explained that one is 2 for $3 and one is 2 for $4.50. After the debate I asked for a receipt and she said the machine was broken. So not only was it wrang up incorrect, I can’t do anything with no receipt. And to top it all off, once I got to work half the order was wrong. I repeated the word SAUSAGE at least 8 times to ultimately end of with a burnt ham and egg and cheese

Me and my friends came to a movie and thought we would go to McDonalds. This really nice employee/ manager needed help so me and my friends helped. He was super nice and gave us 5 free ice creams! He was amazing definitely worth a visit.

Went through the drive-through tonight. Guy taking the order was rude. We waited in line for 20 minutes before we could even place our order. From the time we paid at the first window to receiving our food was over 25 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of us. Turns out our food had been sitting in a bag for at least 15 minutes along with a stack of other McDonald’s bags. Our order was I complete. Literally the slowest/most dysfunctional McDonald’s that I’ve been to.

More than 25 minutes in the drive thru, ordered a large sweet tea and medium fries. Asked at the delivery window to verify that i was getting a sweet tea. Was confirmed that it was. Got back on the highway, took a drink, almost spit it out. It was not sweet tea. Simple order, not the first time my order has been wrong at this location.
