My order number is 607, i order grimace shake with extra whip cream. But they out of it, I switch to chocolate shake. The man just put whip cream not extra. I ask him put extra whip cream because I already paid it. He look at me make me feel uncomfortable. Also, the mcdouble they make wrong. I put no pickle and extra onions but they put pickle in the sandwich and not extra onions. Even I ask them do it again, still not extra onions even i paid more for extra onions. Happy meal, the man forget to put my apple slice into my box. I have terrible experience with this store. The customer service is bad, if you buy a food here make sure you got everything you order before you leave.

I ordered a simple sandwich…Quarter Pounder w/ cheese & bacon. Hold the pickles because I’m allergic. Two sandwiches later and the sandwich was still wrong! Had to beep my horn for about 45 secs because the ladies inside were too busy taking selfies to notice me blowing my horn! Long story short.. They are very incompetent… don’t care and even the manager was rude and used choice words when I asked for my money back! I will never go back there again!

Came at 9:30 for a curbside pickup nobody came out after 25 mins and the inside doors locked and drive thru packed into next parking lot, employees allowing their friends inside the restaurant when there were clearly customers trying to pick up orders. Employees do whatever they want there especially at night time, I think the manager needs to be fired if there even is one. Was forced to wait another 30 minutes in drive thru.

Someone at this location doesn’t know the difference between a plain double cheese burger and a plain McChicken sandwich. I got a plain double cheese burger when I ordered the chicken sandwich plain. My daughter doesn’t eat beef!

Went to go in and order take out at 10:15pm. All doors were locked a multiple employees were lounging in the dining area. When I knocked on the door they looked at me like I was crazy from the dining room. When someone finally did come over to the door, I was literally laughed at from behind the door. This place seems like a disaster. Don’t say you’ll be open and then lock the door and laugh at potential customers. Wouldn’t go back if you paid me Mark Cuban’s entire fortune.

I ordered a big Mac with fries and a drink my bun was burnt. I took pictures of my food and shared it with others. I like well done bread but not burnt bread. I would let the cook on Belmont st to show them on crescent st how to heat up meat. employees need to be trained for customer service.
