Came here for a quick breakfast at 6 am and the customer service was horrible. At first she wasn’t able to understand we had a code, and asked us to just ring it up at the cash register, cool no big deal. What was not cool is her tossing our order and when my husband asked for ketchup she completely ignored us. We waited a few seconds and still nothing, as we drove off she legit stared at us we the dirtiest attitude!

This is by far the worst File-O-Fish I’ve ever received.
The bun was ROCK hard, completely stale, and the fish patty tasted old and dry. It looked and felt like it had been sitting out for hours. This is not just disappointing — it’s unacceptable for a place that’s supposed to serve fresh food.

I visited this McDonald’s location and found the dining area to be clean, which was the only positive aspect of my experience. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The staff was not welcoming upon arrival, and my breakfast sandwich was poorly assembled and messy. When I asked for ketchup, the employee assisting me appeared inconvenienced by the request. I was also informed that drink refills are not offered at this location. Overall, the level of service did not meet reasonable expectations, and the experience was underwhelming

I am very disappointed with the service I have received. On several occasions, my order has been missing the sauces that I paid for. In addition, when I called to address the issue, your staff hung up on me while I was still speaking.
This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to your customers. I expect better service, accuracy in my orders, and more professionalism from your team moving forward.

I ordered using the mobile app and an item was missing. The apps instructions in this event are to contact the store for help from an employee there. I did so, and was told by the crew member I spoke to that I had to ask for help on the app. I explained that the app directed me to the store for help, but he refused to listen. He was very dismissive and now I am without any way to get a refund for my missing item.

Fast service, no line really, and good fries with salt. Atmosphere is pretty cool and relaxing not 5 stars worthy but it’s a pretty good McDonald’s and it deserves 5 not 4! And last thing, this place stays open till 11pm on weekdays for people to come in and use the free internet or to use the outlets!

Easy access drive thru , probably one of the nicer interior McDonald’s, I’ve been too. I have frequently visited this place and it has easy parking , bathroom has always been clean and a very comfortable atmosphere. Great service and clean place. Couldn’t give this place anything but a five star .
