I just went through the drive-through today to get a quick breakfast and asked for a sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin. The first English muffin that I got was extremely burnt. I went around to get a new one and the person at the register, took the food and threw it away and told me to go to the second window. After I went to the second window, the front staff seemed to be extremely confused. And I was trying to explain to them multiple times that he already took the food back and threw it in the trash angrily. This all just happened right now you can check the cameras. Here is a photo of the food that they gave me which is not even the correct order when I asked for the steak, egg and cheese they gave me a sausage, egg and cheese and the bread is still a bit burnt. Apparently, they said that this is how their machine is working, so the same thing needs to get fixed in that restaurant because this is not how food is supposed to be looking. Extremely disappointed because I usually come here at night for their normal menu and I usually never have any issues. It just seems that the breakfast team is not doing anything correct. While I’m not complaining so much about them being a little annoyed because I can understand when customers complain it probably happens a lot, but I was very reasonable with them and just asked for simply for a better product. I was never even asked if I would like a refund. Not sure if the management will even read this, but if they do, it would be a very appreciated that you just get your machines serviced. A manager a restaurant myself so I know what bread is supposed to look like in this my friends is burnt.

I visited this McDonald’s 0n 10/28/25 at around 7:25 PM during the Monopoly game season’s. I ordered two 10-piece McNuggets and a large Coke, which are all supposed to come with Monopoly prize tickets. When employee Marcus handed me the large Coke at the second window of the drive-thru, I noticed it didn’t have a Monopoly ticket.

I politely asked if he could provide a spare one, since McDonald’s usually does this when they run out of the special cups. Instead of helping, Marcus told me they were “out” and that the Monopoly event ends tomorrow — which is not true, as the official promotion runs until November 23rd according to McDonald’s policy.

Not only did he deny me the prize ticket I was entitled to, but he also gave me incorrect information about the promotion and had a rude attitude throughout the exchange. This was an unpleasant experience and definitely not the level of customer service I expect from McDonald’s.

I hope management looks into this and ensures staff remain informed and courteous to customers, especially during major promotions like Monopoly.

What has happened to McDs?! It’s always been “bad” but it’s not even worth buying anymore, I went here for the Happy meal toy after not coming for many many months after being a regular customer for many years. The food is just so trashy and now it’s as expensive as real food, there’s no reason to eat this garbage anymore when the patties are as thin as the pickles! There used to be some good deals on the app but those have also been eliminated. Just like my business here!

I ordered online went ti pick it up mind you it’s a 24/7 location , told me there closed and won’t give me my order and tell me to cancel when the won’t says there making it and won’t refund me such a joke of an establishment. No wonder 50% of there reviews are 1’s. Save your money and go someplace.

This past Saturday morning (9 August) my family scrambled to get to McDonalds before 10:30 am to order breakfast. This is something we are rarely able to manage. We arrive at 10:29 and quickly placed our order. When we received our food I realized that the Big Breakfast I had ordered for my 6-year-old did not have pancakes. My son loves pancakes. At that point the menu had already switched to the lunch menu. I started explaining to the manager and he immediately got it. He hand-delivered a stack of pancakes for my son, free of charge (I would have gladly paid for them but the technology did not allow).

Ordered breakfast at 10:15 am on the mobile app. Showed up at 10:31 am at drive thru to be told I couldn’t have my order because it was after breakfast. No accommodations, no free offers to make things right, just a bunch of clueless employees who obviously have not been trained in customer service.

Abject failure of a business. You are required to jump through 1001 hoops just to order with any sense of convenience, otherwise your business is not wanted here. LAZY staff who cba to walk 15 feet to the table and would rather shout numbers and garbled names than smile and be polite. I thank the Lord that this is not my home McDonald’s, because if it was, I’d make it look like my home McDonald’s, IYKYK.

They get my order wrong about 80% of the time, soda/drink machine tastes VERY off (needs to be cleaned maybe…? wouldn’t be surprised if it was moldy), for my most recent order the burger was like medium – medium rare which is fine at a real burger place…not ok for fast food where quality is already questionable. Unfortunately it’s one of the only places open late night (I work late, can’t grocery shop as often as I want) so I do keep coming back
