This was about one of the only options for dining very late. The City closes pretty early and the bars shut down at 2:00 a.m. we waited about 10 minutes for our food there was quite a bit of people at the location because of its close proximity to Boston Commons and the theater district. Food with fresh. The bathroom on the other hand was a different story it was filthy and there was no toilet paper for anyone.

Horrible experience. Traveling with wife and kids for an enjoyable weekend in New England. Expectations were low as I know where we chose to dine. However, I did not expect to see another customer rolling a joint in plain sight in front of my kids ages 10 & 12. Also, they wanted a refill and asked the counter person politely, who responded with “you’re good.” When did McDonald’s stop providing free refills? Do not recommend this location.

I found it to be best value when compared to Canadian McDonald. We cannot find a shareable meal for $10 USD or equivalent Canadian for 20 nuggets, 2 medium fries and 2 cheese burgers. I wish we have this option in Toronto.

The security guard was very rude. He asked us to leave and accused us of loitering, even though we were still eating and there were plenty of available seats. When I asked why we were being singled out while other customers were not, he walked away without responding. This was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

I have been going to this McDonalds for over 3 years and the inconsistency is ridiculous. I order the same simple coffee every day and the same employees still cannot follow basic instructions. It should not be this hard to make a correct coffee order. When you go back to fix what you already paid for, they act bothered instead of just doing it right the first time. After years of the same issues, I am done. I will be avoiding this location due to their constant negligence and inability to prepare even the most basic order properly.
UPDATE: (because it’s too cold to walk to the other one) THEY STILL SUCK; and the Male manager working cannot run smooth operations. They see new people arrive, but don’t ask them if they’re waiting for a order or what their number is. It’s as if they expect me to know when my order is ready and then ask, but there’s no one to ask because they just ignore you and call out numbers they want to call.

It’s a good up to standard Mcd’s; not sure what so many people think it’s mid or bad. Sometimes they might make a mistake, but usually it be ok. Frequent pan handlers outside diminish the atmosphere, but it’s not that bad at all.

Waited in line for 20 Minutes for my order. After asking the lady 3 times to find my order I had to ask he manager to go look. Come to find out they “didn’t have it” even though they had the orders before and after me ready. Do not go here.

Food is normal but the employee is not well instructed how to accept orders i had an voucher and it was reacted without any reason and then the employee went to the kitchen and didnt took my order anymore
