● I received what appears to be a watered down cappuccino in the picture with the drink with the foam on top. She insisted it was coffee. I politely said its definitely not and pointed out the foam to top. We went back and forth for about 2 minutes before she finally said she will make me the correct item witch was a coffee.
• She said it will be a 5 minute wait to brew new coffee.
● When I finally got what I ordered she gave it to me in a smug smiling way because she knew she was intentionally giving me a hard time for no reason. The picture of the cup without the foam on top is what a coffee should look like and she didn’t even fill it up all the way. Also it looked like she did something to it. If you zoom in on the coffee you should see stuff in it slightly. I didn’t trust it so I through it out.
● The picture of the womon is the womon causing trouble for no reason just incase the owner wants to fire her because of her intentional inappropriate actions and behavior towards me.
• She’s not a good employee to intentionally give people a hard time for no reason and then smugly smile about it right to my face witch led me to believe she may have spit in the coffee or something.
● I’m not mad at all. Its just amazing the kinda people that are out there and I feel the general public needs to be informed about her behavior.
● This review has been severely sugar coated because Google review filter blocks reviews with swearing in it and without the swearing words I’m unable to give the full affect and context of what happened and describe her as a person.
1. When I choose “Table Service” on the app, they rarely bring the meal to my table, and instead waiting for me to go to the counter. Once they even relied on a customer to bring the meal to my table.
2. The app says they would prepare the food when I’m on the way, but they never do it, and often even cancel the order when I arrive.
Food is good though.
My order was a cheeseburger plain (that is, bread, meat and cheese) and I paid 0.10 for the paper bag (which I already think is absurd, but I never hesitated).
The guy who was doing EXPO (serving the lunch) gave me a burger with bread + meat and placed my order on the table, without the paper bag…
I complained to him that the sandwich came without cheese. He rudely countered by informing me that I ordered “plain”.
I said: That’s right! Bread, meat and cheese. Because if I wanted bread and meat, I would have paid cheaper and ordered a hamburger…
He rolled his eyes and came back with a raw cheese in his hand and gave it to me!
Lack of respect for the customer and empathy for human beings…
Limited seating though.
