The staff here doesn’t seem focused when customers arrive. They’re physically present, but they don’t acknowledge you or even look in your direction. They act like they have no energy at all. Meanwhile, one employee was dancing around, enjoying the music instead of actually working — going back and forth between the sandwich line and outside without washing his hands, and even going to the bathroom and returning without washing up. That is completely unacceptable for a food establishment.
I honestly don’t know what’s going on with the way this place is run. The person who took my order looked like he didn’t want to be there at all. He didn’t seem to enjoy his job and definitely wasn’t putting in the effort. Maybe he should consider working somewhere else.
Overall, not a good experience.

The worst place ever I ever been to , the team are rude and careless, the front end boy was ignorant and busy chatting around with his friends guest eating inside . He even tasted one of his friend’s smoothie before he handed over to him . That’s disgusting so you can review your security camera and see what’s happening in there. Not coming back to this place ever again.

Had to wait over 10 minutes at the drive-thru window with no acknowledgment or apology from the staff regarding the delay. When I got home, I discovered I was given the wrong order — a bunch of chicken nuggets instead of the chicken strips I ordered. Again, no apology or explanation. To make matters worse, the staff seemed more interested in laughing and joking around than providing proper service. This level of carelessness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I am raising a formal complaint about this experience.

New Chicken Big Mac was great! Piping hot and obviously made fresh. My double cheeseburger however was cold and not so fresh. Fries were fine, fresh and crispy enough, but could’ve used more salt. Service wasn’t bad or slow, however I look at making sure you’re giving fresh hot food as a huge part of the “service”, not just politely taking my order and money.
