We just had to go make change at Starbucks because they can’t break “big bills”. A multi billion dollar company can’t break a $100. Tooooo funny. Managment should purchase a safe to make change and have a shift manager who controls it. NOT send people across the street to make their own change.

Didn’t even eat here. Called to ask if they still had the grinch meal. I had called multiple stores to ask this question and they were all very nice. Except this one. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and didn’t even answer my question. She accused me of calling her 3 times to ask this question and told me not to call again. Which unless Google had the same store listed 3 separate times I did not as I was just going down the list of stores in my area to see if anyone still had it since my twin boys were asking if they could go get one. I seriously suggest McDonald’s starts teaching phone manners at this store because it is clear that the people who work here have none

Me and my coworker come here 1 to 2 times a week, the past few months it’s been pretty decent, cold food a few times but that’s fine. We went on Monday and the food was warm but the mcchickens had spoiled mayonnaise that was turned to gelatin and tasted sour. Today we went and not only was the food cold, the fries looked like they had been dropped on the floor and upon further inspection there was a ROACH LEG on one of the fries! Couldn’t find it when I took the picture because I already threw the food away then dug it back out of the trash.
Whatever is going on with this location needs to be addressed ASAP, this is wild and iv gone to McDonald’s all over this country and never experienced this!

The in store service in this location is beyond awful….this took place twice in one visit had 3 meals then got dessert for the children. I had to ask to be waited on and had to wait 15 minutes while the employees argued about who was working the service counter. Finally able to place my order and had to wait over 15 minutes for 2 small oreo mcflurries while the person making them talked to every car that came through drive thru window they were her friends. I really need to think twice before going back to this location. This all happened on Sept. 1 the Sunday afternoon before Labor Day.

TERRIBLE every single time! Our order in made incorrectly repeatedly. They charge me for bacon on my cheeseburger and then don’t give it to me. I ask for only ketchup and they give me lettuce and mustard. NEVER AGAIN.

Strongly recommend that they should have one person dedicated to the front. A few times I need the spoon which were not provided with the mc furry or need ketchup .. I was standing there for quite a while and many of the worker that were in the kitchen saw me but no one asked to help. I finally have to call them out loud. This happen every time I bring my kid there.

The food was consistent with other McDonalds, but I had mistakes on everything I ordered. I placed the order via the app, and the clerk working drive thru had me confirm it by pulling it up to show me at the speaker/menu. I’m actually sort of impressed.

I would give a zero star if I can. I only order a drink and an ice cream. Number never showed up and the staff was so rude that they didn’t even want to talk to me even when they were literally facing me. This place is ridiculous!
